Sprint Store

GREAT PEOPLE! AMAZING SERVICE! Me and my boyfriend almost left sprint because of how rude every other sprint store was to us about helping fix my bill that a sprint kiosk ruined. All the people that work at this store are amazing at their job and amazing at helping people! This is now the only sprint location we will ever go to! Thank you so much you guys! :)))

This is the only location i go to on a regular basis. I’ve known those guys for a few years and they’ve always been nice and have great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Kids just love love love coming in this location! All of the guys here just make things easier for me. They take there time with you, listen, and fight for you over the phone. Today Andres just one of the team members that works here, Help me out BIG time with my problem from Sprint. Hey is one of the many reasons why I come here. They’re funny with great sense of humor always keeps me smiling so I recommend them to the fullest!

Unbelievable! I am still in shock at how rudely l was treated this morning! There was no one there who could fix my issue nor even tried to AND told me unless l was there to buy a new phone then l should leave… l bought my Samsung Galaxy S 6 last weekend? I guess they are only kind to you when they are selling the phone! Sales person Lili was lovely. This mornings crew wore no name tags!

I added an account back in March, with the promise that my bill with taxes would only be 137.00 each month for two lines. I am currently paying almost 200 dollars a month and do not get absolutely any service where I am. I cannot use the internet at all. Phone calls rarely come in and they never go out. I have consistently been coming to this store to ask for help, how you are called a «repair» store, I HONESTLY HAVE NO IDEA. I have came out of the store each and every time with the SAME issue no IMPROVEMENT whatsoever. I finally had an incident where I broke my phone and I had such a hard time at this store. I wanted to know the smartest way to go upon things, to cancel services, get a replacement for 200 or see what my other options were. The person who helped me seemed like she had no idea what she was talking about and 30 minutes into her telling me to call customer service myself, she finally offered to call customer service for me, AS I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE I don’t know why she was so hesitant to help out. I needed to file an insurance claim and in no way shape or form did she offer to help on it, but instead I was literally going in circles with her. Whenever I asked her advice to go upon things in my situation the most affordable and convenient way possible she just kept going in circles telling me i can do whatever I want, of course I know I can do whatever I want but as I do not work at Sprint, how am I suppose to know the best way upon things. Well finally after 60 minutes of wasteful time I went to Sprint on 7^th st, I was in and out in 10 minutes, they helped, suggested and were even quite disturbed on the quality of customer service at this location. Maybe a little more training could be of help…

These guys are crooks. They don’t want you to pay for your phone so that you own it. They want to scam you into one of their payment-​for-​life-​plans because they make more money. Avoid this store at all costs — there are much better Sprint Stores in Phoenix with people who are honest and up-​front. These guys tell you one thing and do another — bait and switch…

I went into Sprint to get an upgrade and info on a new line, a pregnant woman was helping me, or rather, acted like she was bothered to help me. She was very rude. The manager of the store, Louie ended up helping me and when he went into the back to look for my phone, he never ended up coming back out. The other employee there was busy with other customers, so I ended up leaving and going to the Tatum and Cactus Sprint to upgrade and add a line. I had no issues with that store.
