Tara and Veronica was able to work with me on my deposit even though it’s less than what i wanted back during move out. But overall I had a great experience there. It’s pretty quiet and neighbors were great.

I waited a few months after moving in to write a review so that I could write an accurate one. Overall I have been less than impressed with this place. Some of the bigger things I’ve notice are the lack of repairs being done. I would guess that the front gate to the «gated community» has been broken for at least 80% of the time Ive lived here (since July). The tv’s in the common workout room havent worked at all since I’ve been here (1 of the 3 works. sometimes). The splashpad for the children has been broken since what I would assume would be early July.
A little about the apartments themselves. The «plush» carpeting is rough, worn, and extremely cheap. My apartment advertised a «programmable thermostat» which is non existent. When I brought this up to the staff I was told I could buy one and they would install it. When I toured an apartment each room had a fan and I believe had a light on the fans. This too was not the case in the apartment I was assigned.
Also, plan on paying AT LEAST an extra 100 $ on your rent for things like 25 $ a month for people to pick up your trash for you at night (dumpster is a 10 second walk from my front door), pest control, community electricity etc.
One last thing I’ll mention is that it is impossible to get ANY cold water any time it is over 100 deg outside. I turned my water heater off and my water is still piping hot. We have had to put ice cubes in the water in order to give my daughter a bath. Now Im new to the state so I dont know if this is normal for all places but its definitely not something Ive noticed anywhere else.

STAY AWAY! I never write reviews, but this place is SO awful that I need to. I just moved in here a month ago. I’ve had nothing but problem after problem after problem. I viewed the apt. and was told I would be responsible for my electric and water in addition to the rent. (Each apt. has a hot water heater in the outside storage off the balcony or patio.) There is also a MANDATORY «valet» trash service where they charge you $ 25/​month and they have an outside service pick up your garbage at your door and walk it to the garbage container, which is 20 feet away. I went back the next day to rent the apt. and the very same person who showed it to me told me the price had gone up $ 20! I objected to this and he backed down and I paid the $ 845 that I was originally quoted. This is a 1-​bedroom apt. I put my garbage out a few days later and it didn’t get picked up, so I called the office and left a message. (By the way, they NEVER answer the phone, you must leave a message. They don’t return phone calls, either, so you’re left wondering if your concern was addressed.) I put the garbage out again the next day and it sat there again. I put it out a third time and finally, it was picked up. This happened again the next week. I put garbage out again last night and, you guessed it… they didn’t pick it up, it leaked all over the sidewalk and is still sitting there.
The gasket on the shower handle was leaking when I moved in here. I knew exactly what was wrong with it, because I’ve repaired them before, yet it took the maintenance man THREE visits to fix it. I don’t know if it was poor communication or what because I can never call there and talk to a live person!
I went to the community room one Sunday and it was locked. I called the office the next morning to ask why and they said it is NOT locked on Sundays. I went the next Sunday and it was locked again. This time, the office was open. I walked over there and it was like a Laurel and Hardy routine between two new employees. «Did you unlock it?» «Is it supposed to be unlocked?» «I unlocked the one lock; is that the right lock?» Ha! Ha! Ha! «We’re both new!» One of them walked over to unlock it, but «gee, none of my keys fit, sorry!» Pay for the community room, but can’t use it. So, I went to the pool. Three kids were running around on the cool deck while their parents were babbling on in some foreign language. The kids jumped feet-​first into the hot tub (dangerous in itself) and all these bubbles started bubbling up, like a washer that has way too much soap. The parents say nothing and laugh as the bubbles overflow the hot tub and start running into the pool that I’m in. Now, I don’t know what those bubbles are from or what they contain, so I don’t want them all over my skin and I have to get out of the pool. There was a man in a lounge chair who told me that some people were having a party and drinking by the pool late the night before and the police were called and they were kicked out, so maybe they put something in the hot tub. I just shook my head and went back to my apt. Ugh!
Next, I was sent a «rent invoice», which blew me away! In addition to my $ 845 rent and the $ 17 rent tax, I was charged for «common area electricity», «pest control», «common area gas», «utility tax», and «trash» (in addition to the valet service, you also have to pay the regular garbage bill!) And, to add insult to injury, you are billed $ 5.95 by the company that sends you the statement! My $ 845 apartment now costs me $ 935, (plus water, plus electric, plus internet/​cable)!!! I could have a whole house for this price! I called the main Alliance office on Camelback to complain. Although the lady was nice, I was told everything is in my lease and I’m stuck with it. I read my lease, all 25 pages of it before I signed it and it may be in there in obtuse terms, but when you’re going to add several charges totaling $ 100/​month to a person’s rent, they should be informed of this verbally and in specific terms. I would NEVER have rented this apt. if I’d have been told about this; perhaps that’s why they don’t tell you. Also, be prepared, because you have to have renter’s insurance with $ 150K of liability coverage to pay for the insurance on the building (costs about $ 125/​year). Alliance pays for nothing here except upkeep, which isn’t much because half the buildings are brand new and the other half are seven years old — everything else is paid for by the tenants.

You’d think this was way more than enough drama for one month of living here, right? I wish… One day, I was backing out of a parking space, was halfway out and was plowed into by another car. So, now I have an insurance mess on my hands.
The apartment is beautiful, even though the kitchen cabinets are very cheap. But, do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE!

When first coming to Trillium the ladies in the office were very helpful and showed us a beautiful model home apartment. We were looking at one of the apartments with the pool view, it was a bit more for rent, but we thought it being worth it to be closer to the pool and the amenities. After putting in our application and selecting our location we asked if we could view the apartment we would be living in, they seemed very annoyed with us and informed us that their residents don’t usually view the apartment before move-​in. I was very persistent and informed them that It was not unreasonable for me to ask to view the apartment considering it was vacant. I now know why they were so hesitant. When they finally agreed to allow us to view the apartment we walked in to absolute filth! There were dead bugs and dust on the window seal, closets, bathrooms, and all corners of the apartment. There was urine on the toilet seat, there was painters tape that was lifting where someone did a half assed job and just painted over it. The carpet was stained throughout and in the master bedroom had a giant bleach stain. I brought this to the attention of the apartment, they said they would have the cleaning crew come back through, but they would not be able to fix the carpet. My husband and I decided to offer to pay for them to replace the damaged carpet. Our offer was denied and they found it unreasonable for us to ask for it to be fixed. They said in no case would they make an exception for this. Shortly after us leaving upset they called us and informed us they would have all the small things fixed by our move-​in and we could view it then. They assured me that my family and I would be very happy living there and everything on our list would be fixed. I called to see if It was possible for them to have things fixed prior to move in just incase there’s anything wrong. At this point the ladies in the office became very disrespectful and rude.
I received a call A few days before our move-​in that they were unable to have the cleaning crew to come through, but again it would be ready for us on our move-​in date. Come our move-​in, we show up and asked to see the apartment. They were persistent in having us sign our lease before viewing the apartment, I told them I would not feel comfortable signing a lease until I knew it was in livable conditions for my family and I. They gave in and allowed us to see it. Nothing was fixed or cleaned, except it did look like they ran a vacuum through the apartment and sprayed some air freshener. I was so upset they didn’t fallow through with any of their promises they had made and I let them know that. We ended up going out that same day and finding an amazing apartment to move into. After going through this experience I would NEVER recommend anyone I know to move into Trillium.

For apartment living, it’s about average. I’ve lived in enough apartments in Arizona and Florida to know they are all about the same, unless you are living downtown in a high rise that has concrete floors.
Moved in here shortly after they opened as I liked the location and it was close enough to the action but it seemed like the interstate divide gave it a little more of a calming presence.
The grounds are very nice. They pool setup is pleasing on the eyes and there’s a little grassy area on the other side for pets and throwing frisbee or whatever you do on a lawn.
What started to bother me, and I did break my lease and leave, is that the walls were super thin. I had never quite experienced anything like it. I was with a girlfriend at the time and it was Christmas day, I think this was 2012 if I’m not mistaken, and it was almost like we were having Christmas with the neighbors. You could literally hear them conversing at normal conversation tone. Then, when I’d lay in bed at night I could hear the people on the other side. I was scared to burp because I knew my neighbors could hear it. The apartment itself was nice. Nice washer and dryer, nice kitchen and a very nice bathroom with a big tub and two sinks. Carpet was cheap, which is standard, but overall appeal of the apartment was nice to look at. The balcony was also spacious and nice.
I ended up breaking my lease because I had to move out-​of-​state but I definitely would not have renewed my lease just based on the noise issue and thin walls. I always thought the staff was great to work with which was another plus despite some frustrations. For the price, it wasn’t a bad apartment. You get what you pay for I guess.

I loved living here, everything was great until it came time to move out. It’s a nice apartment, very well kept and clean. The girls at the office are super sweet too. I had nothing but great things to say and gave this place 5 stars but then I moved out and now my stars have gone down. If you move in just be aware that when it comes time to move out they are going to screw you in any way possible.

To start, I did a lot of apartment shopping before I chose this place. A lot! The other Trillium apartments were nice, but not as nice as Trillium North. Trillium Cavecreek would have been my second choice because of its location, walking distance to a few restaurants and a gas station. In north Phoenix for Apartments, I feel Trillium is the best choice.
There are grounds keepers and maintenance out doing their job every morning, cleaning the pool grooming the trees.ect.
It’s right off the highway.
It is very new. The pool area is excellent with two TVs underneath a pavilion, two gas grills, A double-​sided fireplace with the hot tub on one side in couches and chairs on the other side. The pool is never too crowded and has four cabanas that are almost always available. It also has a lounging area with shade and couches with flowing water right next to it.
The gym is really nice and never seems to be too crowded. The great room is huge and has endless popcorn, a movie theater, pool table, three or four big-​screen TVs with one of them above a fireplace that is double-​sided and can be used inside or outside. Endless Starbucks coffee and Wi-​Fi it in the great room that can also be accessed from outside.
Being that everything is fairly new, I haven’t had any problems with maintenance. There is a dog park fenced in and it’s pretty big. Plenty of parking. Garage space available for rent. So far it’s been a great place to live, been here for about 4 months. Security keeps out people who don’t belong and is always around. Camera records as you enter and exit the property.
Not cheap to live here but you get what you pay for. It’s like a mini resort. 99% of the tenants I’ve met are nice responsible people.
