The therapists here love what they do and it shows. I’ve had massages and facials here and always leave feeling much better then when I came in. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been to Spa810 at the Esplanade a few times. Okay facials, amazing massages from Stephen.
I got an email about new massage therapists and a $ 39 special and was excited to treat my husband to a massage on his ONE day off a week. I called about a Saturday late afternoon appointment – none available, no problem. We set up an appointment for Sunday (today) at 11:00 AM with Eric, because he preferred a male therapist.
A few hours later, I got a call asking if he could come in at 12 instead and see another therapist, a female. Not ideal, but okay.
At 11:35 today (25 minutes before the appointment), I got a phone call canceling the appointment because the therapist went home sick.
I understand that this happens, but after moving the appointment and the therapist once, I was really disappointed to have to cancel the appointment twenty five minutes in advance when we’d arranged our whole day around this. It seemed extremely unprofessional to call so soon before the appointment and not be able to offer an alternative.

Was extremely excited to try out a new spa in the area. Was not pleased with customer service from the beginning. I booked 2 «massages» for a Saturday morning. I called to book and was placed on hold, ok no problem, usually. She then gets back on the phone only to tell me that she has to call me back to book due to someone checking out up front. Is it 1990 again? Ok, fine. She calls me back and I was away from my phone so I call back to book and again am told they need to call me back. At this point I was frustrated. Called and booked «massages» with someone. We show up Saturday, were greeted and filled out our paperwork. I was then taken back for a facial! Ugh. This is why I don’t try new places. It is probably my fault for not confirming that it was massages when I checked in but I guess I didn’t think about it.
Not cool Spa810.
Thankfully the esthetician also was able to do massage so I was in the end able to get what I booked. However my friend was stuck with a very basic facial.
Will not be returning.

I started going to Spa 810 at the Esplanade over a year ago and have loved all my services! I initially did laser hair removal on my legs and now joined the monthly club (you can get either a massage or facial). I actually just got my first peel done and I loved the results and their products are top of the line. They are my go to place to buy gift certificates to give as Christmas/​Birthday Presents and their prices are so affordable!

I first came in to Spa 810 to redeem a deal I had purchased. Two hours later, I walked out having had the best massage of my life & a lovely facial. I’ve returned multiple times since then, and have had similarly awesome experiences! The staff is friendly, and their professionals do fantastic work!

I stopped into Spa 810 on a whim and I am so glad I did. I had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff were welcoming. My masseuse Brandon was awesome. I had been experiencing some pain, the source of which I had been unable to identify. Brandon assessed my concerns and provided me very useful information about the muscle groups that likely account for my pain. He then showed me stretches that would help at home and massaged my cares away.

Awesome! This place is everything a spa should be. Friendly, helpful employees, clean facility, private, quiet rooms, great products, and soooo relaxing. My massage therapist and esthetician was very knowledgeable and took their time to go over everything. I would highly recommend this place!

Initially I went for the unlimited laser hair removal package with as many areas as I want lasered within 12 months, so it seemed cost effective. And then I went to change up my massage therapist due to distance, and joined the «club» for the monthly massage which allows you to get discounted massages after the first one.
I was assigned to Brent (and thankful ever since!) whose massage techniques are very individual to him and I am glad to be able to come every 2 weeks for sessions with Brent! Valet parking is available and the spa will validate it; I was delaying my review because it’s already difficult enough to get scheduled with Brent, but who am I to hold him back from his inevitable success? Give spa810 a chance, I did and my body is thankful!

I brought a couple of girls here for a bachelorette/​spa day experience and they did not disappoint! Massages and facials all went amazing and we were all so relaxed we didn’t want to leave!
I have to admit, when I found the deal on Groupon, I was hesitant. Not everything I’ve found on there has been real quality, but this was definitely worth it! We did not sign up right away, but plan on beginning our memberships as soon as Sundays become available!
I’m wondering if anyone has done laser hair removal with them. They have very reasonable pricing, but all the reviews here are for massages and facials. :) Thanks!

I’ve never had a professional massage before, but I was given a massage at Spa 810 as a gift, and tried it out last night. Brent was my therapist, and he is amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience, from the beginning to the end.
The ladies at the front desk were fun and personable — both tried to alleviate my stress about a first massage.
And Brent — I can’t say enough good things. From the moment he started explaining what was going to happen, I began to relax. Not knowing what I was in for, Brent took it slow, and calmly explained as he went along and asking periodically (but not too often) if all was good.
The ambiance in the room was perfect, and I felt at ease almost immediately.
At the end, I immediately booked my next massage, and plan to call today aregarding the membership.
Spa 810 is top-​notch in my book. Relaxing, comfortable and welcoming! I will be back — I hope many times!

After deciding to purchase spa packages for Mother’s Day I did a lot of research before ending up buying a great deal at Spa 810. After a couple of phone tag messages, I was finally able to book facials and massages for my mother and myself for that weekend.
We arrived to a sleek and stylish though small lobby and found registration forms waiting for us with our names on them. Right on time, I was brought back to first have a facial with Laurel. I did appreciate the free brow shaping before the facial. The products and steps were well explained and Laurel listened when I said I had sensitive skin. The «pod» was a new but comforting feeling and I appreciated being able to request temperature adjustments. The time for the facial went fast and it was refreshing.
A few minutes later, I met Brent for my massage. He was warm and friendly and really listened to the areas I wanted to focus on. I really enjoy firm pressure and he did not disappoint. He was very professional and knowledgable and even knew how to handle my very ticklish feet! I really think he has a magical touch by the end of the session, I felt like putty. I only wish it didn’t end!
The room had a nice ambiance and relaxing music playing. The entire experience was fantastic and I think I will end up purchasing a membership.

Just finished up a massage and facial today.
This spa810 is great! During the facial you get to lay in the pod that has many different features to help you relax and feel amazing. The entire experience is 10⁄10!
Before that I got an hour massage. The massage was also 10⁄10
I liked that you never feel rushed.
You get a full hour massage, not short changed on time.
Everyone here is excited and very informed on all your options.
Afterwards I felt ready to enjoy the rest of my day.

I purchased the red currant face wash about a week ago. I may be wrong on the name but it’s the only red one. If you can’t get a facial from the spa often, I would recommend getting this face wash. It’s a less expensive way to treat your face at home to feel amazing.

First off, I am a spa junkie and go in with pretty high expectations. Spa 810 TOTALLY delivers on all fronts.
–Great location and beautiful surroundings… just check out the photos and see for yourself
–The services are at exceptional prices so you don’t have to spend a fortune to look and feel amazing
–Brent gave me one of the best massages of my life, his flow and technique were right on and he knew exactly where my problem areas were.
I look forward to my next visit to get a facial/microdermabrasion…I’ll keep you posted how it is.
