extremely unprofessional to deal with, I was sold a home by Sir Mortgage that had been flooded by the adjoining unit back in 2007 and the damage was not disclosed to me from the seller or the sellers agent (Infill Realty) — I had to vacate the new home I had just purchased due to the high levels of toxic mold that were present. The agent that sold me the place was the sellers agent (Julian Blum) and didn’t have my best interest at heart he just wanted to sell a house, additionally the agent who sold me the home never once suggested getting a home inspection. I was fortunate enough to have a few good neighbors who told me about the flood from the adjoining unit and have also contacted the former owner of the unit where the flood originated. The sellers (Sir Mortgage) don’t care about the fact that I can’t even live in my new home or about my health or the money i have spent to make the unit nice. I am fortunate to have a great attorney and am handling this matter legally.
