Signature Catering

Signature Catering provided food and drink service for a large event, both of which were very well received by our guests. The staff was attentive, the presentation was great, and the coordination leading to the event was painless. However, after we raised a question about the bill and suggested an adjustment was in order, the office staff became very defensive and aggressive, even taking our words out of context to make an embarrassing and baseless accusation. While our relationship with Signature Catering was great to that point, that negative exchange has colored our entire impression of the business. From that perspective, I think you’re likely to have a great experience with Signature Catering, and enjoy their food, professionalism, and service. Unless you have a question about any of that, in which case you should watch out.
