Established in 1978.
As a Charitable non-profit organization, SHIELD Foundation (SHIELD) provides needed services intervention and emergency assist services to the most vulnerable segment of our population, such as Diverse Culture victims and their dependent minor children, to best adjust and recover from their abusive circumstances, and reestablish their lives in Arizona, in the best interests of the children.
