I had the worst guest service experience today. Ahwatukee auto spa on chandler and 46^st, do not go there! I went there today for a car wash, and it damaged my car. Their response «this happens all the time, just glue it back on» I told them since they damaged it, they should fix it and glue it back on. I walk up, and the franchise owner is trying to tape it on with red duck tape. I told him to stop as he was going to damage it further as well as put tape on my paint. He stormed off and said «I tried to help you, good luck taking care of it yourself.» Seriously, this was the response from the franchise owner. Unbelievable, the business ethics of this place is horrible. I did not ask for a refund of my carwash or for anything unreasonable. All I wanted was for them to correctly fix the damage their carwash created. The franchise owner was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge fault, or fix the problem. I will be sharing this experience on social media as I do not want anyone I know to go through a similar situation.

The people are awesome at this location! Their manager, Derek makes this store what it is! The place is always clean, stocked, and friendly clerks ready to serve.
The car wash is decidely not awesome. It does wash your car adequately but the driers do a poor job. For the price of a deluxe wash, I would expect someone to wipe it down afterwards. The owner just doesn’t understand customer service/​value for his product and this is evident in how he treats his employees, pinching pennies to the point of providing a subpar product.

I decided to go a little off the freeway to get a better deal on gas, as I was passing through the Phoenix area. So I saw this place and decided to fill up here. When I finished pumping the gas, I was asked if I wanted to purchase a car wash so I did. I then took my receipt around the back to where the car wash was and found out it was closed! I have NO idea why they would sell me a car wash if the car wash was closed, but I thought it must’ve been a mistake and it was no big deal; I would just go inside and get a refund. WELL, it wasn’t so simple! The cashier wanted to argue with me and lecture me about how I should’ve looked at the hours before I accepted the car wash! Then she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t give me a refund because I «shouldn’t have said yes if I didn’t really want it». I explained to her again that I DID want it but I didn’t know they were closed. Anyway, I refused to give up (all this over a few bucks-​but matter of principle at this point). Anyway, it definitely wasn’t worth the extra mile to get the cheaper gas!

Interestingly enough, the car wash would seem to be high end with multiple stations, but overall the wash itself is just ok with water spots from poor drying to dust/​dirt left on the car. If this were a five dollar wash I would be happy, but considering I paid $ 13 bucks for the «extreme clean» I expected more. This does NOT include a vacuuming by the staff, but you can use their self serve vacuuming stations which work quit well.
Overall, expensive car wash with self serve vacuum that costs 13 dollars.

The car wash was pretty good and fast, but the dryers were disappointing to say the least. I paid for a premium wash and the dryers left a wet streak down the middle of my car. So now I have a clean car with a water spot stripe down the middle… For a $ 13 wash, you should expect and receive a better finished wash

The car wash pricing at the pump is misleading. The names are intentionally vague (Crystal, Supreme, and Extreme) and there are no prices listed. Without realizing it, you can pay $ 10 more than you planned for a 2 minute car wash. Very sneaky on their part and not good business.

I had got the $ 13.00 car wash with auto tire shine. When I pulled around for the wash an associate sprayed off random spots on the car didn’t even try with the bugs, after the car wash I pulled around to look at the quality the tire shine was all over the rims so I drove around and got a free re wash what was nice but got the basic because I didn’t want the tire shine. Long story short the tire shine was still in the rims/​ps mirror was pushed in with a hub cab missing and the quality sucked! Worst car wash ever!

Good for price, still some spots but I’ll be back. It was quick and easy! Maybe I’ll try more services next time to see how they really do.

Definitely a budget car wash… After coming out of the wash, I had to spend another 5 – 10 minutes wiping down the wet areas that would have otherwise spotted. This is a «quick wash because I’m picking up Mom at the airport» kind of wash.
It gets most of the dust off the car, but certainly doesn’t remove the bugs and stuff off the front. Other reviews have said they wash the front of your car before you drive through, but they maybe did a 15 second quick spray and it wasn’t focused on the front where I clearly had some bugs. The vacuum I used was pretty weak.
The store itself is nice and clean and the staff is friendly.
GROUPON ALERT:
The groupon offer I bought in August (three washes) showed that it expired in December. When I redeemed it at the store they give you three car wash codes and they ALL expire in 30 days. So apparently the offer was to redeem it by December, but once redeemed the wash codes expired in 30 days. Buyer beware, I didn’t see that explained anywhere in the Groupon small print.

I come here often to do an express wash and sometimes for a more deluxe car wash. If you buy a wash, you get 10 cents off your gas per gallon. If you pay in cash inside, you get an additional 5 cents off per gallon. Plus, you can use your Fry’s fuel rewards here for additional $ off per gallon!
The car wash itself is pretty good. Usually the car wash attendant will wash off the front of my car, especially after a road trip when it is all buggy. Then you just go through the automated car wash.
I like the free vacuums they have, though at times the vacuums don’t suck and you have to re-​park to find one with better suction. Still, you can go vacuum out your car at any time. This is helpful wif you have children that seem to drag in sand or eat in the car.
The convenience store seems to be a little overpriced on some items (more so than normal convenience stores), but they have a lot of awesome things in one place.
You can get a growler for $ 9.99 (and an insulated carrier for it for $ 15.99) and then fill it for between $ 10.99 and $ 11.99. Tops for the growler are 50 cents. On Tuesdays, all fills are only $ 9.99. The beer is good for 36 hours.
They also have an ice cream counter and seating if you need to eat a quick bite.
They do NOT have fresh donuts. Apparently, this is due to them not being open 24 hours and the donut shops refusing to deliver to them.
This is my favorite place to get a cheap car wash.

This is a seriously clean beautiful station with a little something for everyone. I am a very hesitant person to leave reviews, but this is a very well deserved review. The station was very clean and inviting! I try not to use restrooms in public places, but having children makes that nearly impossible. I was extremely happy to find that the restrooms were as clean as the rest of the station! It was by far the nicest station I have ever visited! You can fill up a growler with GOOD beer, have your car cleaned (which is very reasonably priced), grab something to eat, fill up your tank and get the kiddos ice cream… all in the same place!!! That is some serious one stop shopping! I would and have absolutely recommended this place to all of my friends and family!

I love how they use a brush to pre-​wash the windshield to really remove the bugs before going in. It’s pretty cheap and affordable and fast too. They offer monthly memberships and I am debating on getting one!

After making a 400 mile trip from California, my car was in serious need of a good car wash. One look at my windshield and most entomologists/​vegetarians would be gagging at all the splatters.
Since I was getting gas anyway, I figured I would give their car wash a try as well.
The prices: $ 5 for the most basic, $ 8 for a few windshield add-​ons, $ 12 for wheels and $ 15 for a deluxe. They also offer a monthly package if you’re obsessed with a clean car.
Anyways, just 3 minutes later, my car was very much shinier. It’s an auto wash so it wasn’t spotless, but great value after I made such a long trip. Highly recommended if you need a quick wash.
They were still offering the $ 2 off «grand opening» deal… which made it that much sweeter!

Evening Staff — Outstanding. Always polite and willing to help. Prices are fair on beer and soda.
Just an overall good clean place.

I’m surprised this place has no reviews yet… fast, decently priced car wash with local craft beers on tap (yes, you read that right) makes this a great place to take your car to give it some TLC without going full service.
Right now they’re doing a grand opening special where all washes are $ 2 off. With vaccuums that are always free I would definitely take advantage!
