How I became a Repair Technician

My career began at the age of 15 when I started working for the Affordable Repair company in Casa Grande, cleaning appliances and getting them ready to sell.

I enjoyed learning how the various appliances worked and so my boss, Roy Hill, began to teach me how to take them apart and repair them. I found that I was really good at it!

I was having fun learning all about the different types of appliances and how they worked, what made them tick, etc., and so i started taking classes as well.

I then began working for another company for 3 years. It was a great learning experience, as they put me through classes, teaching me more and more, but i didn’t like the way they treated their customers regarding the prices they charged. I thought it was excessive, even taking into account their overhead, it just didn’t seem right to me.

I decided that I could offer a better, fairer, service and so I left and started my own company and here I am today, still d
