Finding new dentist due to unprofessional rude staff behavior. Patient of practice for over 10 years. I had mis-​entered time for today’s appt as being 930 not 9. They called me at 910 and I explained I thought 930 time but could be there is 5 minutes I was told Ok. Traffic issue so I called back at 5 minutes mark to reschedule and again told OK be safe. When I arrived the hygienist literally scolded me– «we only schedule on the hour, we send email and text». She was visibly angry. I went to this dentist because majority of my family went to practice— they have all left practice. I now understand why
