Terrible is all I have to say. Van was a piece of junk. Had to use a knife to unlock passenger door. We feared doors would fly open at any moment. Seat belts stayed locked and nearly choked out passengers. Dirty, broken parts, stains, burns yet they charged us a cleaning fee. Oh the fee’s, $ 99 turned into $ 280, what a joke. While going up hill the engine sounded like it was going to explode. Van was given to us on empty, but when we returned with more gas no discount was given. I’d give them a 0 if it were possible.
They will give you a quote of $ 249 but you will pay $ 384.32, no joke!
Also the car you will rent will have 250,000 miles on it. This place is so shady that they covered up the number 2 with tape so it looks like the car only has 50,000 on it.
Problems with the car:
–It leaked oil, ruining several friend’s driveways
–The catalytic converter didn’t work making the car smell terrible
–The breaks were almost shot
–The car had a shimmy to it
–The alignment was off
–The tires were bald
–The car rattled
–The car barley started every time you turned the key
Finally the car was in such bad shape I was pulled over several times since it was suspicious looking.

Read the reviews … lie ing, cheating thieves! Charged us $ 501.00 more that our contract price and they submitted false paperwork to our back to try to validate the charges. WARNING THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

ZERO STARS. Also known as Phoenix Car Rental. NEVER EVER rent from these scheisters. The cars are UNSAFE and disgusting! They are pieces of $h!T and should not be on the road! I tried to return the rental car 15 minutes after driving off the lot because it was unsafe. The power steering went in and out, the transmission felt like it was going to fall out of the bottom of the car, the RPM gauge dangled at «7,» the interior was grimy and had an icky chemical smell that wouldn’t come off of my clothing even AFTER washing them. They informed me I signed the contract & had to pay the full week. I expected to pay for a day, but they completely scammed me. Rented me an unsafe car that’s unfit to be on the roads. Despite my financial loss, I returned the car and paid for the entire week.

I give it ZERO stars! This place is CR*P!!!

This place gave me a dirty, run down car with cigarette burns on the seat;
but I was desperate. Which is what they feed off, I think.
Now I’m battling with over $ 300 in extra charges that I did not okay.

$ 303 for a two day rental, stated it was unlimited mileage but it actually isn’t (1200 isn’t unlimited), they don’t state that without proof of insurance their insurance is mandatory, and the motherfucker behind the counter has a complete lack of customer service skills, essentially challenging me to dispute anything he said, then telling me I should be ashamed of myself as a parent for telling him their customer service is «non fucking existent». Fuck you, dick.
Everything he said smacked of that «I’ve got you over a barrel» arrogance.
Fuck them.

Zero stars! Don’t rent from here. They’ll put you in a death trap. Charge you more than you were told. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever come across.

Craigslist should be ashamed for letting this company run an ad everyday on their website to lure in unsuspecting people to their business. I have travelled the world for over 25 years and this by far was my WORST experience renting a car. it was the most I ever paid for the worst car I have ever rented. And all the extra charges were just ridiculous. very bad people run this place and work here. can’t imagine how they stay in business and out of a court of law.

How is this place not shut down?

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I made the mistake of renting from them when I first moved to Phoenix and they soured my initial experience with the city. I saw a really shitty car, but would have been late on my my first day of work so I didn’t argue. I took it back the next day to return it and he charged me $ 300 and not the $ 30. In reality they should have not charged me b/​c the car was filthy. I found 2 dozen cigarrette butts in the ashtray.
Really Soured it. The owner/​manager is a DICK.
I made the mistake of not reading any reviews before hand BIG Mistake!
I don’t care how much money you will «save» they will steal from you in the end.
