I like going to Ross but not this one, its always full and there’s not much of variety on shoes.

My husband and I visited this Ross today and we were extremely disappointed. My husband found two shirts and after we checked out the bath aisle we realized the checkout line was very long. So he stood in line while I checked out some clothes for me. After looking around for 15 min, I joined my husband in the long line. I have never experienced a store so busy with so little employees. The line contained at least 50 adults and 50 children and there were 3 employees checking people out. THREE! When we finally reached the cashier, I asked politely if it is normally so busy and she replied, yes! Hmmm, so this is how you prepare for insanely busy weekends?! Wow! No, thank you.

As it is, I’m generally a big fan of Ross. Maybe I just came to this location after they restocked their inventory, but nevertheless, the store was packed with merchandise. I scored a classy pair of Calvin Klein dress shoes, some stellar kitchenware, and some mesh pants for running. I was disappointed to see that the selection for their ties and dress shirts were pretty bare, but I was satisfied enough with what I found that I’d return again. On a side note, as noted on Unilocal,I don’t think that a ROSS location exists across the street at 7333 W Thomas Road. If one does, it is really hard to find! So, just head to this one if you are near Desert Sky Mall. Also, watch out for beggars in the parking lot. I had a guy quickly approach my car as I parked it and was about the get out of my car. I locked my doors as a precaution(who knows if he had a gun and wanted my car) and had to relocate before going in to the store.
