History

Established in 1978.

Pamela graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in horticulture, and opened her first flower shop in Oak Park, MI. The weather finally sent her west, and much to the delight of the people in Phoenix, she opened Roadrunner Florist in 1978. Her training at MSU and business sense have been an asset to her hundreds of return customers, some of whom followed her from Michigan. You can read about her on our website, including the story «Do You Believe In Miracles» because Pamela is indeed a miracle!

Meet the Business Owner

Pamela S.

Business Owner

As a member of the Society of American Florists, Pamela was honored to receive a recognition for over 40 years in the floral industry. A MSU alumni, she takes great pride in speaking to fellow Michiganders who find out about her on our unique website. Pamela loves the outdoors, including fishing and hunting, and has become quite a fan of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Cardinals. When she’s not working, you will find her at home with her dog, Honey (who also comes to the flower shop with her every day) working in her garden or playing her clarinet.
