I can’t say enough great things about Mark and Katherine at Reckling Properties. These two have helped my husband and I buy and sell homes for a few years now and we are forever grateful for all they have done for us.
The folks at Reckling Properties are patient, understanding and thorough in finding and selling homes. They have a strong understanding of the Central Phoenix market, although I am told they have gone out of their way to help find and sell homes outside this area. They are a great team, always responding to our calls and e-​mails with prompt service and support and making sure all the details in each of our home sales and purchases goes over without a hitch.
Specifically I have known Mark to aggressively follow up on any leads that might come in for the purchase of your home, following up with individual agents about the various home viewings and ensuring that the home is market ready, priced right and that the buyers know you are willing to negotiate.
During negotation, Mark is warm and builds rapport so that when you are buying a home, you are certain to feel like you have negotiated the bests possible deal with the seller’s agent.
I love working with Reckling Properties and I highly recommend them. I am certain they have saved me time and money in our effort to find homes. They are also very fun! I love house hunting with them, they never give up and they always make me smile even when the search is fruitless and frustrating.
