I received help from a fellow named Jim who works at this location. He was very helpful and quickly helped me figure out what cable I needed to connect my phone to my receiver. They were open til 6 on a Sunday; not too shabby.

This is just a depressing store. Any comments describing it would only pile on, and I’m just not that kind of dude. I’ve never used the term «mercy killing» to describe a commercial establishment, but if there were an occasion this might be it.

By far the best customer service to date I have experienced in years. This retail store needs to recoginze the lady who helped me on January 30, 2011. I went in to purchase a power surge for my new big screen television. She walked me over to the items they had on sale and helped me select the best product for my unit. I had a few other questions on products I was unsure what to buy. She told me what I needed and showed me the items in the store that would work best for me. I carried a friendly conversation with her as she was very pleasant to talk to. I am impressed on the amount of knowledge she had on the products they offered. I am clueless on anything related to technologies so all her help was truly appreciated.
