Quik Pik – All Over Towing

They said the tow would be there within the hour, it took about an hour and 25 minutes. Other than that everything was great, the driver was very good. Small hiccup with the Unilocal discounts, they offered two for $ 10 off each and one they refused to accept (driver and office worker went back and forth for a while) but after I purchased a different offer, it all worked out. All in all, would use again, standard tow company, but pretty good rates!

I have a lot of cars. Sometimes they break down. On the occasion quik pin towing has been more than affordable, reliant and fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

GEICO sent them out for a jump start, they shore up with a half dead battery and no jumper cables. An hour wait in the sun and heat for nothing.

Gordon from All Over Towing just picked up my daughter’s new Mercedes which was stranded in a rather awkward position. We were amazed at Gordon’s skill and care in maneuvering both the car and his tow truck. Not only was he an amazing towing technician, but he kept us laughing the whole time with his great sense of humor. It was obvious that Gordon takes pride in his work and we were most appreciative of his talent and expertise.

Just had my truck towed by this company and I can’t express how wonderful there customer service is. I spoke with Candice on the phone and she was EXTREMELY helpful. She wasn’t rude and answered all my questions. I never felt that I was bother when calling. Then the driver Pops was AMAZING! He was very personable and I enjoyed talking to him from North Scottsdale to Gilbert. That drive can be a bit long in rush hour traffic. Overall I highly recommend this company if you need your vehicle towed.

My van blew a tire on a desserted stretch of the 303 between Lake Pleasant Pkwy and the I17. AAA couldn’t find me and showed up an hour after they said they would. Had to call US Rider and they had Quik Pik come and tow us. The tow driver got to us right in the time they said and the company followed up promptly to make sure je had arrived. I had already been on the side of the road for 3 hours at this point. Thank you for being prompt and courtious!

Worst tow company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. The woman on the phone Michelle provided me with the wrong information causing my toe to get cancelled through my insurance. The supervisor Candice was not helpful in understanding to my problem at all. The owner Joe didn’t have any balls to get on the phone to talk to me he basically used Candace as a puppet to talk to me she even told me that if she help me she was scared to lose her job. My advise to everyone please avoid using this tow company they’re shady.

Being woken up at 7am on a Sunday morning had me grumpy — my husband’s Ford F-​350 dually work truck broke down out in Mesa & he needed a tow truck. my Allstate Roadside assistance Assigned this towing company and I’m so grateful & happy with that referral, let me explain why:
Allstate advised me of an out of pocket overage cost– I agreed. Then they called me back to say they told the towing company my truck was a light duty when in fact it is a heavy duty & Allstate said they did not know how much more I would be charged.
I spoke to Lauren at Quik Pik before I knew this and she said a driver would be out in about 1 hr. I drove to the location so my husband could go on to work & I would ride back with the vehicle. Lauren called me back while I was on my way to let me know that although my vehicle required a different tow truck, they would honor the same price I had been quoted & what the insurance was willing to pay. She offered to have the driver call me 10 minutes out. Lauren was polite & helpful from the beginning to the end– nice to deal with.
The driver who responded is named Irish; He is an phenomenal driver and an outstanding person. He was friendly & his experience was obvious. I can’t say enough about him. The drive home with him turned my whole day around– by the time I Got home I wasn’t grumpy!
The customer service this business provided exceeded my expectations! we own 3 –Ford F-​350 duallys and we’ve had at least 4 tows between them and no other company came close to the level of customer service or professionalism that Quik Pik provided. They were there in 1 hour as I had been told.
If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Massively relived to be where I am right now. I was on the phone with Discount Tire, worried about my tire as I was driving back from California after my father passed away, and I was starting to notice trouble. *Bam* *thumpthumpthumpthumpthumpthumpthump* And there I was with a blowout. I would have used my spare, but the blowout/​age caused ⁴⁄₅ lugs to shear off their bolts. I was freaking out. Call me a dumbass, please, but I did not have AAA. Due to where I was (see later), I had to use my sisters help via text to find this fine company. I was far out, 64 miles out from Buckeye in the end, but they did it. Quickly as they could, Driver Britt was out, who hitched me up, no complaint, and got me where I needed to be. I would be lost in the middle of nowhere without these people, they rock!

They did a great job to get me to Discount tires before they closed. I had a double blown tires on the free way. Driver Russell was insist writhing 10 minutes and got my car to shop before they closed. Otherwise I wouldn’t have my car until Tue.

I am apologetic for not having updated my review on Unilocal for Quick Pic Towing. I am sure I was angry at the time of my last posting. I still don’t know what was with the dispatcher, but am not basing the update of my rating on her. Quick Pic turned out to be an excellent towing company. It may have taken a little time, but the company paid for the damages done to both the car and the garage. I would now recommend this company to anyone needing a tow. I was fortunate to have been assisted by John (part owner) in resolving the issues I had. John showed that this business truly has high ethical standards.

We were directed to this company from our roadside service. Broke down in Chandler on our way home from the airport. it was 10:45pm on a Saturday. We have 4 people total. We needed to be towed 95 miles. Mike showed up super quick and got the car loaded and had enough room in the truck for all of us to get home to Tucson. He was very nice and drove very safe. We were home with the car dropped by 1:30 am. A very bad situation was made much easier.

I can’t even express how well this company is! I’m a 24 year old female I have had this car since I was 17 i have personally done my engine and body work I have had to have my car towed at least 4 times. the last driver make a big hole in my exhaust pipe going over a speed bump and he told me he was not liable for the damages. So you can imagine how I felt when I had to call another driver. I was personally gonna follow the driver to the shop and put the keys in myself. However I met the best driver they have named Russell I belive… he was so caring and had a great sense of humor. I watched him like a hawk on every move he made to get my car on the truck. Let me tell you he was so gentle and even put a towel on the chain so it wouldn’t touch my car. Now my car is very low to the ground he put boards on the back tires to were my pipes didn’t even come close to the street! He double checked everything he did and I know u made him a little nervouS, I handed him the keys for him to take my baby to the shop alone :) I trust this company %10 000 the owner personally called me (John Dukas) and told me how happy he was to hear his workers are doing well. I have never seen a employer so involved in his workers and cared about them. These people are good people and I highly recommend their service and did I mention the prices are very reasonable? Anyone who cares about the well being of your vehicle and simply having a respectable person who goes above and beyond for you, this is the place for you! THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN! I CANNOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST OUT THERE!!!

Horrible phone customer service… did not even attempt to complete my call with them, I ended up hanging up and contacting another provider.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT USE THEM! HORRIBLE to deal with in every way!!! Our car had to be towed due to an accident, so DPS called them to tow it from the freeway to a tow yard.
It was a Friday evening, the car was towed from the freeway to an «UNKNOWN ADDRESS» … (???). OK .
I called first thing Saturday AM to get the car out and was told that the person in charge of that department was «Off on the weekend » … So I had to call back Monday.
In the meantime, of course… Charges are accruing for storage.
I waited until Monday, called at 8 am and was told that the person in that department was not in yet. She wouldn’t be in until 8 or 815, but she would call me back if I wanted to leave a message (really ???)… BTW, storage charges are still accruing and another day of storage starts at 12 pm…
Shocked and waiting, I called back at 815 and she was there. I got half of the information needed and was told that I had to make an appointment with her so that the car can be picked up when they had time. I made the appointment and then was told that they take cash ONLY. Also, that I would have to sign a release form to have it released to whoever would pick it up (a tow company or another person). Fine, I had NO problems with any of that. I made the appointment, got the address and was on my way.
I got to the shady yard and there was a pick up truck waiting for me. No business lot, just a guy in a pick up truck… I signed the release and he told me that he didn’t have change… WHAT ??? OK, well seeing as my charge was 181.00 and I had 200 with me, I wasn’t going to give him an extra 19.00, so I left to go get change. (they didn’t say bring EXACT change when I was on the phone with the lady in the AM)… So I went to get change, brought it back, paid the man and then was told the tow company had to call the woman at the office and make a separate appointment to pick up the vehicle because they didn’t have time to stay there. I had the tow company scheduled for about an hour from that time already. I told the guy this and he said to call the person at the office.
I called her and said I wanted to make the appointment for my tow guy to be there an hour from then. I also stated that I was told by her AND the tow guy that I had to just sign a release for the tow company and I didn’t physically have to be there. SHE BLEW UP and started talking about things that didn’t pertain to my conversation or issues with them at all, so I stopped her and said, I wasn’t talking about money. That was taken care of, but about the release and she continued to say I TOLD YOU THAT THIS MORNING ! (which she told me about 2 – 3 different things) and then said YOU ARE RUDE and hung up the phone on me… WOW … great customer service huh?
I then continued to call her back because I was stuck at the lot and she picked up the phone and literally hung up on me again without saying a word to me. I called for the THIRD time and someone else picked up and I asked to please speak to a manager or someone other than her so that I could get this taken care of.
Keep in mind– I am sitting at some car yard, in some hidden place, I had my 9 year old son in the back seat the whole time and trying to deal with this.
I spoke to a supposed manager, he was trying to take care of the situation but I am not dumb. I know he is probably used to this from people and was just trying to problem solve the situation and get rid of me.
My problem was, nobody would give me a CLEAR answer on if I had to be there when my tow guy came or not. When it was said and done, I got 5 different answers from the same company.
UNBELIEVABLE!
PLUS I had to pay 60.00 in extra storage fees because of some woman’s day off. Well, they WERE open, but since she wasn’t there to make the «appointment» with, I had to wait an extra 2 days. This makes NO sense to me at all, nor any other person I have spoken to about it, including law enforcement.
There will be a complaint made on this company forsure and I am positive that I am not the only one who will be filing complaints if others haven’t already…
There are many other legit tow company’s out there, I think DPS needs to re-​think their contract with these people and if you are a different company or a individual about to use them, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t … They are unfair in pricing and their customer service is horrible and most importantly, they make you jump through many hoops to get your vehicle back…

Was stuck with this company through my insurance. No less than 3 different lies told in less than two hours. They must be the «stock lies» and 3 different people must not have checked with each other. They are
1. Sorry, you got caught in a shift change. Lol
2. The drivers truck had mechanical problems.
3. The dealership where your driver is now won’t pay him.
Gave one star because the driver was nice. Seemed shocked when I tipped him. «Dude, I’m not mad at you. You just work for a horrible company»

My truck would not start and was stuck in airport parking. My insurance company set me up with this company so I was stuck with them. I had a 1 – 130 time scheduled with them so I called at 1 to make sure they were coming. I was told they should be there within the timeframe. At 1:30 I call and was told they were 15 minutes out. Called again at 1:45 and was told they were 15 minutes out. I had a very important meeting I had to get to so luckily a cab showed up and I took it. I rescheduled and got a ride back to the airport. This time they showed up within 15 minutes of the time they stated. This driver got my truck loaded and to my house quick and easy. Price was fair too if you don’t include the cost of the cab I had to take.

Wonderful service my car broke down blocking traffic at Union hills and west of 20^th street. Art came and picked me up in 5 to 10 min he told me everything was going to be ok and and there’s cold ac in his truck. I felt very at home and made my day less stressful. Will forever and always use Quik Pik Towing.

I got into my car at ASU west to leave only to discover that I had a flat tire. Grrrreeeaaatttt!!! Me being a girl, of course I don’t know how to change a flat. Heck, I only recently discovered what a spare was! I checked for my spare only to find that I didn’t have the right tools to change it myself… I was gonna youtube it :/
I called my roadside assistance and they told me that the driver would be there anytime between now and 60 minutes. Based on my previous experiences with tow truck companies, that usually means 2 hours. I was fine with it since I was in a safe spot with a friend. To my surprise, 40 minutes later, I get a call from Darrell, the driver. He was super nice and friendly. He checked my tire and told me that he could change it if I’d like. Heck yes! So he went to get my spare and guess what he found? All the tools to change a flat right there in my trunk! I’m such a girl! After he changed my tire, he checked all my tires and being they were all low on air, he filled them and I was on my way in no time! Super super amazing service! Thanks QP and Darrell for saving the night!
I definitely recommend QP if you need roadside assistance!
