History
Established in 2009.
We began by selling 300 pounds of pork and nine pork products at two farmers markets a week. Soon, the guys increased their inventory, which has grown to 25 products and monthly shipments of more than 2,100 pounds. During peak seasons, Pork on a Fork participates in farmers markets in the valley. We then expanded with catering large and small events/parties and now opened a BBQ joint by Deer Valley Airport.
