Business Owner
After obtaining a business degree in 1996 with an overall G.P.A of 3.67, Steven immediately used his knowledge and entered the insurance profession. Over a three year period of time, he successfully built the foundations of a solid and profitable captive agency. His vast experience in working with people is grounded in the bedrock and fundamentals of his successful and innovative market penetration strategies as an insurance agent.
After a few years in the business, Steven’s desire for personal growth and the need for greater challenges materialized. Looking for new ways to contribute and serve his community, he moved on to the mortgage business, where he eventually led a sales team at the peak of his career to produce over 960 million dollars in loan volume retention for World Savings /Wachovia /Wells Fargo from 2005 – 2007.
Steven’s passion for writing has always been present and never lost its potency. In 2009, he began writing resumes on a full-time basis.
