Top Notch Service and Speed! It was the middle of the night and I was worried I was going to be stuck for hours and have to wait until the morning to get my keys I locked in my car after my brother woke up since he had the spare set and be embarrassed that it happened and bug home to come, but I found Phoenix Lockmaster on Unilocal and they said they would be able to send someone in less than 25 minutes to open my car without damaging the lock and I was on my way faster than I ever imagined and it didn’t break the bank either. I would use them again anytime

Got lock out with my Audi A7. I thought I going to have to call the dealer and spent $ 500 on brand-​new keys. The locksmith came over fast, open up the car with Minutes, saved me a lot of money and I was on my way home.

We were unsuccessful at putting in new locks on our own, so we called Phoenix Lockmaster. Mike came right out and was very friendly and helpful. We were frustrated with our failure and he put us at ease and got us all fixed up in a short amount of time! He was great and we are very thankful!

Tom came by. He was very respectful and although the lock was too tight initially, he worked on it til it was secure.
He was engaged with my animals and was very polite throughout his entire time at my house. I would recommend him and the company to anybody around it was a pleasure.

It’s been a little while since I used them, but before I got AAA they were sadly a regular phone call (the wifey loved locking her keys in the car).
The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because I had one experience where it took them about 20 minutes longer than they said it would. But other than that they have been great and service the whole Phoenix Metro area.
Hopefully you never need a locksmith but if you do, make sure to call these guys first.

Ive used these guys a few different times… Today to re-​key a home we are remodeling, and a few months ago when my baby brain locked my keys in the car (thank god my lo wasn’t in it yet!)
The techs were fast, and prices were great compared to what I’ve paid before when I locked my keys in my house, and compared to re-​keys on our previous projects. We will continue to use them :-)
Not sure why the other people posted negative reviews… I am really happy with them.

I locked my keys and purse in the car at the airport and I had an hour before I boarded. When I called, I relayed my urgency and asked how long it would take. I was informed 20 – 25 min. The website advertised 15 min give or take with traffic.
Within moments I had a call from the man who was coming to assist and was told it would take about 20 min for him to arrive.
Minutes and minutes passed. After 30 minutes, I called him (his name has escaped me) and he informed me that his GPS said 6 more minutes. I again relayed my urgency for at that time I had less than 30 minutes to board. 12 more minutes passed without a call and he still hadn’t arrived. I call back and he says another 5 minutes. At that point I very clearly expressed that I had 13 minutes left to get thru security and be on the plane. He responds with «oh.» And «what do you want me to do?»
At that point, an airport security who had driven by a couple of times asked if I needed help and informed me that Phoenix Sky Harbor offers free emergency lock out services. As I was began to contact that service, I get a call from the employee saying it was a terminal away (hadn’t even gotten to my parking terminal) and that it would take about 10 minutes to unlock my car once he got there. By that time, it had been a solid hour and I had already missed my flight. I told him I was not in need of his services anymore considering the chain of events and that they should reconsider their marketing campaign regarding the advertised 15 minutes of response. He then said «thanks» and quickly hung up on me.
There was ZERO sense of urgency which is hard to believe considering I was very clear in all of my calls that I was boarding a flight.
Never use this company. And just a tip. If you lock your keys in your car, have a flat tire, or out of gas at Phoenix airport, they provide these services free of charge.

A complete rip off. I feel like I’ve been robbed. The guy showed up made a big story that he would have to drill out the lock, and it was going to a long time. I signed a form agreeing to the work then he say he will try to pick the lock just in case. He opens the lock in 1 minute, I ask the price. Same as before. $ 180, plus $ 20 for the call out. Never use this guy!
