I was scheduled for an appointment and they called me to let me know they were out of the product and that I could pay the extra for another product and I said no. I then rescheduled and did not get a call reminder. I forgot about my appointment and called when they left me a message that I missed my appointment. I spoke with Julia and what happened regarding my missed appointment. Julia proceeded to tell me i had been confirmed and i said i never received a call reminder to confirm my appointment. Julia said well it says you confirmed so you missed your appointment. Julia was really rude to me and I felt that was unnecessary behavior on her part since I am the paying customer and if it were not for us customers Julia would be out of a job. I called back this morning to speak to the manager and Julia picks up the phone and says is there anything I can help you with? I said no I would like to speak with the Manager not you. Julia told me that the manager will probably be in on Saturday. Prior to that I had no issues with Abby and had frequented and spent quite a bit of money at this business. I am going to frequent another business where I am treated respectfully as a customer. I am going to share this with my friends and family whom often ask me for advice on where they should go. I hope the owner and manager reads this and has a talk with Julia about her unprofessional attitude. The customer service here at Phoenix Laser & Rejuvenation gets 0 stars.

I bought a Living Social deal for one syringe of juvederm. My first (and only) time getting my lips «plumped» a bit. I should have done my research, first. This was a terrible experience. The nurse who did my injections didn’t really seem to have any rhyme or reason as to where she was injecting my lips. She explained nothing to me about the procedure and seemed in a hurry to go on her month-​long trip to Canada she was discussing with another employee. She moved quickly and not gently, and injected the left side of my upper lip a lot more than the right side. I ended up having to go back for 3 to 4 follow-​up appointments because there was a big pocket or bump on the left side of my upper lip. This establishment offered to redo my lips for free (by a different person, thank God), but she wouldn’t even touch my face when she saw me because of the problems that were so noticeably present. The manager had me come back to see a doctor they had hired-​he looked frightened when he saw my lips. No one could tell me what this giant bump is at the site of injection or how to fix it. The only reason I give them two stars is because they did try to help me (after me having to talk to the owner) and ended up refunding my money for the botched lip job. But I would highly recommend NOT going here. I have since gone to other doctors, not nurses, to see if they can fix my lips and I have been told that someone really did a bad job. At first, I thought it was a pocket of Juvederm that had not dispersed. Then I thought it was scar tissue from the nurse being so rough with my lips in jamming the needle into my face. Now I have been told that the nurse injected the Juvederm into the wrong place causing the disformation. It has been a year and I still have this disgusting bump on my lip. It’s really a shame because it’s the first thing you see when you look at my face.
Also, if you are in a hurry, this is not the place to go. I have sat and waited for over an hour after my appointment time on multiple occasions which really adds to the frustration of the whole experience.

Do not go here! They used to have a girl that was fantastic. I was getting great results with no pain. I went for my final treatment yesterday and someone else did it. I kept jumping and telling her it hurt too much and asked her to turn it down three times. The machine was up way too high and I am burned. By the time I got home I had welts that are now scabbing over. I have never had a problem before and misuse of the equipment is inexcusable. Not worth it when you can go to place that will not cause harm! Unfortunately I just purchased another package but will not be returning.

Nothing but impressive service. I had an appointment scheduled for Dysport on a Saturday afternoon and received a morning call stating if I wanted to come in earlier I could so I could have some of my afternoon time back. I did so, went through the nurse screening, and she even gave me some additional ideas of addressing my problem area on my furrow/​stress wrinkle on my forehead. She recommended Restalyne filler and gave me a brochure to read on it. I was even told they would honor the Groupon price on it to try it out. The location is perfect, the person doing my injections was very detailed oriented and the office is simple, but clean. I left the business excited and confident that I wanted to continue doing business there again. Impressive.

Worst service and never on time. My very first appointment I had to wait 45 minutes and I’ve currently been waiting 35 minutes so far for my next appointment. If I didn’t have a prepaid package I would walk out right now and never come back.

I have gotten excellent and professional treatment every time I have been there. The laser treatments have surpassed my expectations.

I called this place to get some information about laser hair removal. I was excited about this place since it was so recommended by a friend of mine who went here about 6 months ago.
So this girl called April answer the phone. I guess she is the receptionist there. I seriously can’t belive they have someone so rude answering the phone. I was explaining that my friend went there for laser and she just kept rushing me to get to the point and kept cutting me off. It was so uncomfortable talking to her. It makes me think that if they have people like this answering phones, how is the staff doing the laser part. I’ll just find another place. And hopefully the person in charge of this place, talks to their staff about being polite and nice.

I recently, purchase a Groupon deal and the following week schedule a appointment for the services. However, services were not rendered and the level of treatment was disheartening.
At first, I felt a presence of disconnect from the professional staff to the client. It was not a warm welcome.
After waiting for the specialist to get the room ready. I was called to go back to the room. The specialist gave a very informal welcome about the procedure and mentioned some unwarranted comments. I immediately took offense to this as I believe it was racially motivated. Their was no connection between her and I. I can’t recall her name but she is pregnant.
After she brief me, I explained to her exactly, what I wanted. She then left the room and return, stating that the front and back thigh treatment were separate and does not include one velashape treatment.
I immediately left the room and spoke to the Assistant Manager Julie. I explain to her that what she is telling me is not in fine print. It appeared to me that the staff were making up rules for the velashape treatment, to not perform the procedure I paid for with the Groupon deal. I can only assume it was racially motivated.
It appears that there is a miscommunication with the merchant and groupon. As of this writing, the deal is still being advertise on groupon.

I got great results for laser hair removal here. The staff are friendly. They often have good deals. The best for me is that you can purchase a package for a size of area (small, medium, large) and split the treatments between different areas. Since I was just getting touch ups, this was perfect.

Went here for laser for spider veins on legs. The technician literally burnt a hole, about 5 mm and very deep, onto my thigh. Its been two weeks and it still hasn’t healed. I’m pretty certain there will be a scar. There are also 3 other smaller burns on my legs that look like scabs. I have had my veins lasered before elsewhere and this did not happen. It was so much more painful than at the last place I went to, and now I know why. Do not go here.

I Purchased a Juvaderm special off of Living Social, and I must say this was the best experience I have had with the procedure. This is the 4^th time I have had the procedure done on my lips and it was by far the most pleasant. The service provider, Kelly, clearly knows her stuff! She was thoughtful, looked at the shape of my lips and knew exactly how to enhance them. What is even better is she asked my opinion regarding what she wanted to do to make sure it is what I wanted.
I have found a new provider for fillers and will most definitely be going back to purchase additional services.

I love this place. The results are amazing, everyone is very friendly and scheduling an appointment has never been an issue. I’ve never gone elsewhere for laser service and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere.

Clean, friendly, fast and conveinent scheduling! I love this place. They also email for appointment confirmation and call you the day before appointments for reminder. I have gone to other places and everytime got a different tech so I always felt like they weren’t upping the settings. At Phoenix Laser you feel like they’re actually trying to maximize your results which is why we’re there in the first place, to get rid of hair for good. I guess the only reason I don’t go 5 stars is because my results are slow… but I think that’s my body.

Julia has been great for my repeat services. Hands down the best laser service I’ve had in the valley. They use a cooling process that makes it much more tolerable than others. They always offer groupon specials that make it so economic

I purchased a facial via Groupon for Phoenix Laser & Rejuvenation Center. This was (by far) the worst facial experience that I have ever received. My aesthetician appeared to have minimal, if any, education or skill in giving a facial.
I was also very uncomfortable throughout most of the facial. The blankets were dirty, which is not surprising because she had my lay in them with my shoes on. At one point she accidently pushed a large quantity of cleanser in my nose. After it seeped down my throat, I was coughing and needed water. When I requested this, she said that they didn’t have any water and questioned how cleanser in my nose could lead to my throat.
As I was walking out of the room, I glanced in the mirror and saw that my makeup had smeared under my eyes. I was surprised that she would not mention this, as I had large dark circles of mascara and eyeliner under my eyes. I asked her if I could use something to wipe it off and she asked «like what?» I requested that she give me whatever they typically use to remove makeup. She handed me a dry gauze and I explained that this wouldn’t work. She was perplexed and eventually gave me a solution, which only minimally removed it.
