Phoenix Escape Room is a fun, challenging, immersive, interactive game experience taking place every day. While it looks like an ordinary room, it’s actually a puzzle. During your adventure in our escapes, you will find yourself flexing your brain and looking in nooks and crannies you never even noticed. Find the hidden objects, figure out the clues and solve the puzzles to earn your freedom. You have a limited amount of time, so be quick! It was our first time doing an escape room. We chose the crimson storm story and it was super fun. It was challenging but doable. If we looked like we were stumped the host would give us hints to help us. I had a great time!

Crimson Heart: completed in about 35 minutes! :)
I’ve done several Escape Rooms and I feel comfortable saying that Crimson Heart is a great room for beginners. I feel part of the puzzle could use improvement but it’s not a big deal. With that said there was also another puzzle I’ve never seen in any other room I’ve done and I thought it was very clever. As for the set/​theme I thought it was nicely done and super fun.
The only thing I was kinda sad about is that the host didn’t do a walk through which I think helps the entire team get an idea how the room was completed.

Phoenix Escape Room is an awesome group activity! We had a group of 8 for my friend’s birthday and it was a really fun time. We ended up beating the Rescue course (2% success rate) with 52 seconds left so we felt like real detectives! ;) A lot of people thought it would be scary to be «locked in a room» but we were too engrossed in looking for clues to think about it — plus, a staff member watches you from a camera and can type messages to you on the screen. It was fun to work together and I would recommend a larger group for that course specifically because there’s a lot to do to get out! But it was great!

Good time with good Friends! They had some very clever puzzles (figuratively and literally)! With a group of 8 we could not finish in the hour! Without giving out any important info, you HAVE to think out of the box to figure many of them out.
We had a great mix of friends with different strengths and everyone contributed, but we still did not finish in the hour, but had a great time trying!
AND we did the easier of the two rooms!

I wasn’t really sure of how this experience was going to go, but surprisingly it was pretty fun and I love the interaction between our group. So we arrived on a Saturday night. Without ruining or giving anything away, but you are locked in a room and you must solve the puzzle. There are different themes for the different rooms. I felt it was challenging and we really had a good time. I would recommend for a group of friends that like to solve things.

What an awesome date night and get together with great friends! Staff was super nice! One of my favorite parts was that each of us solved a few of the puzzles, it truly was a team effort and we escaped!!! We will definitely be returning. :)
