I was very impressed with this company. They had excellent customer service and fixed my vehicle the same day. I took my car previously to the dealership and would get my car back with multiple warning lights on for the coolant, they claimed they topped it off and lights would go off. When I picked up my car from Bimmer, incredible all my warning lights were off, they actually topped off my coolant for me (which was unrelated to what my car was suffering with), for some reason the dealership always failed to do. I finally found a trustworthy place for my car :)

This is my first bmw I’ve owned. They treated me great. Very very helpful people here. Great and friendly. They definitely know their stuff. Not like other places where they didn’t treat to well because of my lack of knowledge on the car

I received great service that was honest, fast, and at a good price. I will bring my car BMW back for any repairs that I may need.

SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND THIS SHOP! I have never found a mechanic/​shop I wanted to be loyal to until now. We have a 2003 BMW X5 and it was in need of several significant repairs. I did my homework on the different mechanics in the city, had several conversations and estimates done at different places.
This shop provided the best service and best pricing. And didn’t nickel and dime me for little things. I even went as far as to ask them to save the parts they removed so I could see them, and they did it no problem.
No drama, just good work, friendly and professional service. This is the place to go if you need anything from an oil change to a major repair. They will get it done in good time and stand by their work. Trinity was really great to work with too in the front office and so helpful at every turn. This is how a shop should be run!

Great place to bring your BMW got my brakes and rotors done today for 65% less then the dealer quoted me, and by reading all the reviews and experiencing myself this guys know what they are doing definitely will be back for future business.

i needed an oil change but did not want to sit around at the dealer or go to a chop shop oil change place and came across Phoenix Bimmer here on Unilocal.They just so happened to be 5 minutes from home and looked to be the perfect place. I work 9 – 5 so I emailed the info address inquiring about pricing and avaliable times and Trinity promtly emailed me back with the price for the service and a day/​time that worked with my schedule. I scheduled via email which was a huge plus for me as I am unable to make calls during the day and email is best for me. I arrived to my Saturday morning appointment, the shop was clean and comfortable, free wifi and a cute shop dog hanging out. The girl who was working was super friendly and I was in and out in about an hour. The price was exactly what she said it would be in the email, and they didnt try to sell me on things I did not need or try to tell me other things were wrong with the car. Fast! Friendly! Honest! I fould my go to BMW spot!

Took our car here to get a hyropump replaced. Was reasonably priced – even after they charged us much more than they quoted us – and were willing to work with us.
First, the car was promised to us the same day we turned it in on Wednesday. We did not receive the car until two days later, Friday, with an extra 400 dollars tacked on.
Second, received a phonecall that the car was ready on Thursday, but as we were unable to pick it up we were going to get it Friday, My fiancé called the shop on Friday and she was told by brian it would be ready for another 30 – 60 minutes…(uh, okay? wasn’t it ready yesterday). She then received a phone call 20 minutes later saying that it wouldn’t be ready for another hour… weird.
As she pulled up to the facility, their RECEPTIONIST arrived at the same time in my car… Why was she ‘test driving’ it? I don’t think a receptionist has the credentials to make sure that my car is in working order… especially if I am paying a licensed mechanic to fix it. Then, as my fiancé was walking inside the shop, the receptionist, Trinity, disclosed that my car was her dream car and if she could have any car she would want one like mine. She then proceeded to talk about my radar detector and that she would need one too because it kept going off while she was driving it (also, weird for just a short test drive). –just an overall bizarre communication.
Paid the bill and once we got home realized there was a 200 mile discrepancy in the odometer reading on the receipt and the current reading. WHAT!!!
We called the shop back and spoke to trinity about our concern in the discrepancy. Never once did we put the blame game, we just stated there was a discrepancy. She got defensive started yelling at us and complaining about all the work she had to do to get the car done. She told us that at no point in time did the car leave the shop and they had cameras to prove it. Awesome, please send us a copy so we can put this to rest and turn our inquiries else where. Once the tape were requested Trinity responded with not a problem, the owner of the shop would call us the next day (Saturday) to confirm. Today is Thursday, and we finally received a call from the owner renee.
Renee, who was vastly unprofessional and rude, much like her staff at the shop, accused us of lying and not knowing what we were talking about. She hung up on me, and persistently yelled at my fiancé. Told us that there was no way we were getting the tapes and if we contacted the police it wouldn’t matter because the police didn’t care.
There are 200miles unaccounted for on the vehicle while it was in the shops care, and NO ONE within the business is willing to own up to what happened or being professional about the matter.
DO NOT GO HERE.

Finally found a good mechanic.
I used another shop a few miles away from here and I was completely ripped off money-​wise and taking far too long.
I took it here and they took care of it from the beginning, much cheaper, worked incredibly fast, very good communication, honest — this guy really knows what he is talking about.
I’m new to Phoenix but happy to have now found my mechanic. He will be getting my business in the future.

These guys are great. They fixed my X5 hatch motor for 57% of what the dealer quoted me, and I haven’t had any issues at all with the work. They were quick, nice, and do a good job for a fair price. Thanks!

I’ve been coming to PBS for several years and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!!! They’re very knowledgable, professional, have very competitive prices, all original parts, they listen and care about your concerns, they make time for you and get the job done fast! The owners John and Renee are cool as hell and so are all the other staff here, they feel like family. No gimmicks and NO BS! They really go out of their way to help you any way they can, not just take your money and shove you out the door like most places. I once had to get my car repaired elsewhere while I was out of town and it only caused problems when I got back home, I brought it to Bimmer Specialists and they found the REAL problem that the other guys couldn’t! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to repair my BMW, you shouldn’t either. I’ve recommended this place to so many bimmer owners and they all couldn’t thank me enough! These guys are better than the dealers and a hell of a lot cheaper for better quality service. Free wifi, cold pop and hot coffee here too.

Took my 330ci in to this shop after searching the Internet for an alternative to the dealerships.
Bryan and Trinity are nice people and make you feel welcome. I had pulled the fault codes and when I took it in Bryan pulled and found the same code I did. They gave me a quote that I consider was very fair and we scheduled the work. Before leaving I mentioned another noise I was hearing and Bryan threw the car up on the rack after checking for control arm bushing failure. He was right on.
Went ahead and scheduled both jobs and picked up the car at time promised.
I’ve found my new independent repair shop for both my BMWs. Friendly, expert service at reasonable rates.
Bye-​bye BMW on Camelback Service Dept. You’re good but too pricey.

Taken my BMW 325CI in for some pretty considerable work. Not only was the job done quickly but it was done well! The owner walked me through the problems it was having and gave me a great rundown on what I will need done next-​in order of highest priority.
I have a profound love for beamers and always want my car in the best care possible at a reasonable rate and these guys get it done with no nonsense.
Another good point to make is there shop was very spacious and well kept. Another sign of professionalism.
**I would rate a ⁵⁄₅ but I had some smudge marks from grease. However, this could be bumped up a star as I am taking it back in for some more work very soon and wouldn’t be doing so if I was not highly impressed.

I was looking for a shop for my 2000 540i; tired of paying big $$$ to the dealer. Called and was greeted by a friendly staff that address my needs, gave me an idea of time and prices right away. Set up an appointment for oil change, window actuator and other issues. Brought the car in and I was very pleased with everything! As he worked on the car he noticed another minor issue, and called with price to fix before doing anything, gave Ok. Overall A+, they did more work for half what had been done at other places. Highly recommend!

Been going there for years, repairs always done fairly, until this week. AC fan motor stopped blowing. took it in, it was a fuse. Wanted to charge me $ 100, talked down to $ 75. Got car home, radio button different, and covered with grease. Called back to tell them of this, crack in radio face, and the lights on the radio now don’t come on. I cannot believe the yelling and ranting at me. I thought telling him of the issues would encourage him to work with his employees. Instead, he has lost a customer.
