After hearing so many good things about Phoenix Appliance Services I was surprised and disappointed at the service I received! They came out twice and couldn’t find the issue. A waste of $ 75! Not only a waste but I thought the tech was rude and unprofessional. He told me I was wasting his time and then he left my heavy washing machine pulled out and told me that I could push it back in. Weighing 115 pounds… really? I called Elite Appliance Repair who came out, found the problem and got it fixed!!! I have never been so frustrated and would not recommend Phoenix Appliance Service.

Because I am a caregiver for several family members, I do many of loads of wash. So when my washing machine died, I was at a loss. I looked in Unilocal for a technician who could fix my machine and chose Phoenix Appliance Services because of the many positive reviews. I’m glad I did.
Vladimir was at my house at the exact time he said he would be there the next day. He originally thought the machine would be easy to fix, but discovered it needed a new part. He told me that he would have the part by the following Friday, in three days. I moaned a bit, but understood that he had to order the part. I needed to wash several loads for my elderly family members.
He saw my distress, and left. Later that day, he called me to say that he had found the needed washing machine part in Chandler, sent his son to pick it up, and would return to my house late that afternoon to fix the machine.
And that’s what he did. My machine was back to normal, the cost was appropriate and the personal touch was appreciated very much.

Best appliance service in Phoenix. Woke up this morning and my Jenn Air refrigerator was completely dead. I called the factory authorized service provider and the first appointment was in four days, and it was going to cost $ 115 for the service call, plus parts and labor. Then I checked Unilocal and saw the excellent reviews for Phoenix Appliance Service. I called and talked to Vladimir, he asked for the model number and said he should be able to get here by the end of the day. There was a $ 75 minimum, but that would be applied toward the parts and labor charge. He actually got here in about an hour and as soon as he confirmed the refrigerator was getting A/​C power he said it was either part A or part B and gave me the prices. Based on my description he had already picked the parts he thought he might need and was able to complete the repairs in about 10 minutes. Fast, accurate, friendly, and reasonable. .. what more could you ask for. He works on all types of appliances and this is the only company I’ll use from now on.

I called on a Sunday and response was good and Vladimir was there the next day.
My LG refrigerator quit after 5 years and although the parts were still under warranty the labor was going to be more than we were willing to spend. We had not bought the extended warranty so we bought a new one with a warranty. He suggested that most parts are made in China and the extended warranty can be worth the extra dollars.

Vladmir and Nicolai are the best! I called them regarding my 10 year old Kitchenaid Architech Series refrigerator, which was beeping intermittently, and the freezer/​fridge temperatures were registering very high. I could not adjust them down. Nothing I tried worked. Nicolai arrived within 4 hours of my phone call, and knew exactly what the problem was. I was fearful that it was the control board, which I had read online was no longer available. Sure enough, that was the problem. But Nicolai took the board out, drove all the way to Mesa and back, and returned with another board and got the fridge running again. I don’t know if it is an OEM board or a refurbished board, and it wasn’t cheap, but it was a LOT cheaper than buying a new fridge! Fingers crossed that the repair will hold. If it doesn’t, then a new fridge it is. I cannot say enough about the service, the service call and labor charge were beyond fair, the board was the major expense of the bill. I was leery of all the 5 star reviews because, let’s be real, NOBODY is that good. Well folks, these guys are THAT good! My Kitchenaid Architech dual fuel range is also acting up and I have already arranged with Vladmir to send a tech out to look at it. No hesitation. Use these guys, you won’t be disappointed!

My GE Dryer broke two days before I was moving. I needed to use it before the move, and also wanted to know if it was worth fixing. After reading the reviews on Unilocal,I called Vladimir at Phoenix Appliance Services. He came the next morning and fixed the dryer, showing me what was wrong. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The price was very reasonable. I was also surprised to find that Vladimir is the father of my son’s friend. I know the family to be kind, responsible and ethical. I highly recommend Vladimir and Phoenix Appliance Services.

This is another great example of a business that has 5 star reviews across the board because they seriously deserve it!!! Alec came out at the scheduled time to fix my dryer, which was not heating. Before his visit he asked for the model and serial number of the unit, and he brought a new heating element with him, assuming that would be the likely problem. Minutes after arriving, Alec correctly diagnosed the problem as not the heating element but a broken circuit breaker that was only supplying about half the necessary voltage to the dryer. That saved me hundreds of dollars, as most other appliance service people would probably have installed and charged me for the new heating element anyway. Plus these people were quite pleasant to deal with on the phone and in-​person. We need more businesses like this!

My 9 yr old LG washing machine stopped draining water. After troubleshooting it myself with no luck, I reached out to this company. They answered my phone call and after I texted my address, an appointment for the next day was scheduled. Vladimir arrived close to his estimated time. He acted and was dressed very professional. He explained to me what the possible problems may be with the machine and how much the repairs with parts would cost. He was able to replace my water pump that day for the quoted amount. He cleaned up the area when he was finished working, and the entire process took under an hour. I would absolutely call him again if I have another appliance problem!

My Maytag electric dryer broke on a Sunday night and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. All of the other service places were going to take 2 – 5 days to make a service call.
I called this company on Monday morning and they sent their service person on Monday night. The total cost of the repair was very reasonable. I sure appreciated their excellent and quick service. I will certainly use them again for all of my future home appliance repairs!

Texted them because I had their cell number from a previous job and we quickly established an appointment for the next day. He texted me when he was on his way. The issue was quickly diagnosed, and he even showed me the broken part that was clearly damaged. I dont know if the prices were high or low since I did not have time to shop around but to me the peace of mind is well worth it. Third time using them and I would recommend.

Since I’m new to AZ, I found Phoenix Appliance Services on Unilocal and after reading the reviews I scheduled an appointment. My fridge/​freezer was running hot. I already knew what was wrong. My dad was an appliance repairman for over 30 years. On one of his visits to AZ he checked it out. He wasn’t able to fix it since he’s retired and no longer has access to the tools required but he was able to tell me exactly what needed to be done. Vladimir showed up on time and diagnosed the issue right away and billed me for far less than what I thought it was going to be. This company is honest and dependable. I am already scheduling a second appointment to check out my washing machine which is all of a sudden making a funny noise. I highly recommend them.

Don’t let him near your high end appliances. Paid for a repair that didn’t work and he wanted to charge a 2nd service call to come back. Unbelievable.
Just didn’t seem to know what he was doing, more of a handyman than a trained technician.
Update: Also notice how many reviews of his are identical yet come from different names with zero reviews. He is clearly using a service to pad his reviews.

After reading the stellar reviews posted here, on Unilocal,I gave Vladimir a call to fix my refrigerator/​freezer that shut down completely. It was the day before the 4th of July holiday and I did not expect a quick response. I called at 7:38 a.m., and received a return call at 8:23 a.m., saying that he could come in a couple of hours, around 11. At 10:14, I received a text let me know he was on his way.
He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem in a blink of an eye, and told me exactly how much he would charge to repair and how long the warrantee would last. The diagnosis was correct. I watched the repair and Vladimir showed me the burned spot on the circuit board.
Vladimir had the replacement part with him, so the whole experience, from the time he came through the door to the time he left took less than 20 minutes. I have never experienced a more efficient, pleasant and professional in-​home appliance repair. Vladimir truly has his service refined to a white-​glove level and streamlined down to a science.
I wish every in-​home repair service could be as polished and efficient. I feel like I found a gem and will definitely call him for future repairs.

My refrigerator and freezer was running at high temps, when I had a previous technician (from another company) come to perform a diagnostic, he opened the fridge, closed it and said I needed a whole new control board and sensors. charged me $ 70 and handed me a $ 475 work order and went on his way… REALLY??. Shortly after, Vladimir showed up at my door diagnosed the problem as being simply a heater replacement, performed the service professionally and the complete bill including time, parts etc. was SIGNIFICANTLY less than
the other company. As consumers we feel a sense of vulnerability whenever service professionals visit our homes. Vladimir was kind, professional and clearly put my mind at ease with honest affordable and efficient service! I highly recommend Phoenix Appliance services
and have the comfort in knowing who to call in the event any other appliance maintenance is required!
