Description

History

Established in 1993.

Diane Sayers mother to Denise Kimball is the mother to Courtney Kimball who’s the grand daughter of Diane Sayers. Diane & I opened the café without one single shred of restaurant experience. We’ve grown & learned much. Diane has since has retired, Courtney graduated ASU, (Magna cum laude) & Frito snapped her away.

So, it’s just me (denise) & a powerful set of gals who help me run the front. Our well honed kitchen is the home to; Scott, Steve, Sal & C-Los, who push the food out deeelish & delectable.

Should you happen to «Not Care» for your meal, we URGE you to try something else, of course at no additional charge. If we aren’t your cup of tea, or Turkey Melt, we bow down to your palate & accept our defeat. Although, it’ll drive us nuts until the day we close, «Why? Why, couldn’t we make you happy?» We know we can’t please EVERYONE. But, we give it our best shot, each & every time. New menu, breakfast all day is on it’s way. Hope to see everyone soon. Very soon! denise

Meet the Business Owner

Denise K.

Business Owner

I’m a mom, wife, daughter, SIL & auntie. I have 2 brothers, Mike & Bob, who own Collum Roofing, located across the street from the café.

Married to Russ, who has been a trooper about becoming second fiddle to a lil café. Although I’m a constant chatter box at work, I’m pretty quiet otherwise. This has truly been the most trying 2 ½ years of our long run here at the café, but I’m determined to stay strong & get through this economic mess we’ve all found ourselves in. It’s my promise to keep cost down, so eating out during your work week, isn’t a reward you give yourself, but the «norm,» because you deserve it for working so hard & receiving so little.

I’m thankful to those who have kept me open & hopeful. I hope I show my gratitude each time you come in by the quality of food we put out, along w/a sincere thank you for coming in w/each visit., (& a free cookie ain’t too bad either?) Thank You & hope we see you soon!
