Long story short, I had to do some last minute late night shopping for work shoes. Payless is one of the few places who has my teeny tiny size. Made a phone call to this location to check if they had any of the six different pairs of shoes i was looking for. Ironically they did not! NOT ONE PAIR of any of the six styles. :(Major strike out. However, Shannon was very helpful as well as patient w me. She gave me the numbers to other nearby locations. I really appreciate her help!

Their prices may be okay, but I couldn’t find a single heel that was tall enough for my liking. I’m a short girl — I need heels! They had «every day» shoes that were like little kitten pumps, (maybe an inch or less) that seemed very comfortable, but weren’t what I wanted.
They always seem to run good deals, though — BOGO and such.
I wouldn’t really go back. I kinda just ended up here on accident. Zappo’s has them beat for sure, which is kind of a shame.
