This winter, it was time for me to invest in new shoes. I have a tendency to wear shoes until the soles fall off. I had to bounce around a few different Payless stores to get the shoes I wanted in the right sizes.
I have to say, out of the four different locations I visited, the staff at this store were the most helpful and friendly. Not only did they go digging through their shelves looking for the specific size I wanted (I refused to do it myself because I knew I would buy more stuff ;-)) but they also found what I wanted at another store. The next time it’s time for me to buy new shoes, I’ll definitely visit the store first.
