Raul began his career in retail banking at an early age and transitioned quickly into the mortgage banking industry where he assisted individuals interested in purchasing real estate in finding the best mortgage to fit their personal needs. From there Raul moved into new home sales, working for Ryland Homes and Ashton Woods Homes, selling thousands of new homes throughout the Greater Phoenix area. Raul spent several years working under the Keller Williams Professional Partners umbrella, before joining HomeSmart International with Dan Thomson to form Paramount Asset Group. Raul has a wealth of experience in REO, foreclosure and short sales and is a Certified Short Sale Negotiator. He has closed millions of dollars in real estate transactions and has received numerous industry awards for sales and service in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Raul has a passion for real estate and a reputation for delivering results in any situation.
