Excellent.
Cosimo and his guys retiled 1800 sq ft of my house. Not only pricing was competitive but also Cosimo is very knowledgeable and personable. He and his guys pay attention to details and provide a product with very good finish.
I personally loved the way they cut baseboards which made it look very luxurious.

It’s been 6 weeks since our new floor was installed and if I could give more stars, I would! Cosimo was extremely kind and professional from the moment we contacted him. He prides himself on great work and making customers happy and really goes the extra mile. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate that genuine touch. I left him a message with a concern on a Saturday night and he got back to me within 30 minutes, which I did not expect (he was out to dinner with his wife). Further, his workers are the best we’ve had yet. They were on time, left the place as clean as they could each night, and were respectful of our home. I did get bids from two other companies, but they couldn’t beat the price and service I found here. We love our new floors and would use Paradise again in a heartbeat!

I contacted Paradise Tile and Natural Stone because I wanted to upgrade 20 year old Formica countertops to granite. I saw many great Unilocal reviews and decided to contact them through the app. The owner, Cosimo, contacted me very quickly. We set up an appointment and Cosimo came by for an estimate. He made great suggestions about enlarging the size of our kitchen island and provided guidance regarding edge choices. He also discussed the pros and cons of granite versus Quartz. After spending as much time as we needed to feel comfortable, we decided to move forward. His installation timetable was impeccable. Most importantly, the installation went great and the new countertops look amazing.
What makes Cosimo different from other contractors I have dealt with? First and foremost, although this was a very small job, Cosimo treated us like extremely valuable clients. Secondly, he is responsive. He always returned my calls quickly. I can be sure that when the time comes for me to replace the flooring in my home, I’m going to call Cosimo.

I’m blown away by the quality of this business. From start to finish, the process was enjoyable and stress free. Cosmo (owner) is just a stand up guy who takes a lot of pride in his work. His crew was polite, fast and delivered A++ work.
We originally went to Cosmo with a concept and he counseled us through the logistics and made recommendations where appropriate. The end result of our rustic laminate floors exceeds our expectations in every way.
The buying process was easy and his pricing was far lower than every other company we spoke to. I will without a doubt use him again in the future and recommend him to all our friends.

I just recently moved into my first official place, a second story condo and was hoping to do wood tile as it’s all the rage nowadays, I’ve heard. But, alas, tile was way too expensive to install and hello, I can’t install that stuff myself. Ain’t nobody got time fo dat. So after reading a bunch of awesome reviews here on Unilocal,I decided to contact Cosimo for some help, hoping that he would have some great price on tile and the install for it. He responded super fast, which I loved, and came out to do an estimate for me! I had already kind of picked a tile out that I liked but after looking at it, he did notice that there was some bowing going on, which made sense since the tile was fairly inexpensive. He also pointed out that the install would be very expensive for tile and because I live on the second floor, the tile would most likely not be completely flat. He suggested instead high end laminate which is just as durable, looks more like natural wood, and is much cheaper to install. I went to visit his store to see the options, and he has a lot of nice options for laminate wood-​style floors! My family couldn’t even the difference between the laminate and the real wood floors he had. I found one I absolutely loved and met all my criteria and his crew worked super fast. After ordering the wood, he booked his crew to install the floor within a week and they got it done in 4 days! And it was amazing work! It was super beautiful and they did an exceptional job on the stairs, as well.
The only small thing I wish I had been warned about was that they wouldn’t leave everything exceptionally clean, so there was a fine layer of dust on everything, which was fine, as it’s not their job to be cleaners. He did offer to have them come out again and wipe everything down for me, which was nice of him, but I didn’t want to impose. So just know, if you’re getting your floors done, make sure you put everything in storage or cover it if you don’t want it to be dusty! Luckily, I didn’t have anything really in the condo, so I didn’t have to do that much cleaning but I could see it being a problem for people who already have things moved in.
Overall, I was super happy with my floors and everyone who’s come to see it has told me it looks great. I feel like it has the charm of wood floors without the maintenance and I’m all about things that are low maintenance. I was really happy with the great service, the price, and the speediness of the work.

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the owner, Cosimo, and his business! He is simply top notch all the way around! My husband and I purchased a new home and had already lined up someone to install new flooring. But then he bailed on us last minute. I was so upset. I started calling around and found Paradise Tile. Boy am I glad I did. I truly believe everything happens for a reason. He went to work almost immediately by ordering the materials and getting his crew together. He was also so nice and patient with my two very young sons while I tried to decide what carpet to get. He and his crew were so wonderful to work with. The communication was exceptional and the work was completed when and as promised. My expectations were EXCEEDED. Our floors look AMAZING and I just couldn’t be happier! HIRE THIS COMPANY. You simply WON’T be disappointed. Also*** after we moved in we unfortunately had a few separate water leaks which warped our beautiful new flooring in three separate places. I called Cosimo, half afraid of how much it would cost. He joked and said ‚‘thousands’, and then laughed and said, ‘no no I’m just kidding. I will talk to my head guy and he will fix it for you. I’ll make sure he takes very good care of you.’ How many places would do that??? We will absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat in the future and will recommend them to any and everyone who needs flooring services. They also do granite counter tops so that may be our next job for them to complete! Thank you to Cosimo and his crew! Top. Notch.

Cosmo and his installers do excellent work. They used tile and stone from Daltile and the work is artistic. They showed up on time, estimates were accurate and well explained prior to me awarding the bid.
I would recommend Paradise tile for any tile installations. Floor, showers, countertops, patios.

With so many options to buy flooring it’s important to do some comparison shopping. After visiting some stores and reading Unilocal reviews I selected Paradise Tile. I first met Cosimo about two years ago when I was looking for some help and suggestions on
wood floors for my new house we had just bought. He was so knowledgable about the different kinds of wood floors out there to choose from that it made my decision so easy. I am very happy that he came out to do accurate measures to know how much wood I would need for my remodel. His crew is awesome on time and they do such a great job. I wanted a different pattern laid in my living room and they mastered it!!! As far as pricing you can shop product but I can a sure you that Cosimo has the best pricing in TOWN. Not only do they have a great selection on wood floors they do carpet and tile as well. Next time you need help on flooring go check Paradise Tile & Natural Stone out!

We had just bought a home in Phoenix and wanted to get rid of all the carpet and replace with laminate. We hid all the big box stores and LL. We did not see anything that we really liked and the prices seemed high to us. We walked into Paradise by chance as our closing was a few blocks away. We met Cosmo and he showed us some laminate that we loved. It was much nicer and seemed to be a better quality that the other places. We gave Cosmo our measurements. He worked out a price on flooring, underpaying and installation. The price was great and we signed the deal with a handshake. Cosmo is a man where a handshake is his bond. Not many businessmen left like this. We gave him the key to the house as we were going back to Denver to pick up our furniture. We could not wait to see it installed. It was perfect. His installers did a GREAT job. They called me to see how we wanted it to flow and the precision was perfect. House was left clean and ready for furniture. I am a second time customer! I needed tile, carpet and countertops to get a property ready to sell. I was a little reluctant at first to go back to Paradise Tile as I know they have high end stuff and I thought he might be above my budget for this project. After all I had gotten my own carpet special from there before. But what a surprise, Cosimo to my rescue! He was able to meet my budget perfectly with better quality items then what I was getting quoted at the big box stores. Another big plus, he could install right away and his installers are the absolute best. Please save yourself grief and time and just go see Cosimo, he is the absolute best and you will be so happy you did.

First-​rate service and installation! We needed to replace all the flooring in our new home, and were recommended to go to Paradise Tile by our interior designer. The owner, Cosimo, prides himself on carrying impeccable quality products, and carries a very unique selection that you will not find in a big box store. If there were any questions that he could not answer about the flooring product, he got right on the phone with the supplier and answered them for me on the spot. We had a complicated and messy saltillo tile removal, and he was excellent at explaining the process and timeline. His installation team led by Lalo were incredibly hard working, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond working longer hours to get the job done sooner than expected. With the beautiful selection of laminate, tile, and carpet, our house looks like a new home! Highly recommended.

Cosmo was a life saver. A recent home purchase in Scottsdale required new flooring and as a recent transplant from the Midwest, I didn’t have a good «flooring guy», but not any longer! After several quotes for laminate and carpet, choosing Paradise Tile was a no brainer. I met with Cosimo at the store and picked out samples to take home. This is a great place. Cosimo makes it All happen. I bought 1000sqft of tile and all the stuff to put it down and seal it. Cosimo is fantstic. Will use him much more as my renovation madness continues.

I went by Paradise Tile and Natural Stone after looking at the big box stores for some engineered wood flooring and finding nothing that fit the bill. While the store itself seems small, PT&NS avoids the really cheap stuff and is filled with a great selection of all kinds of flooring sourced from local, near-​local and big name manufacturers.
Cosimo himself is quite friendly and listens to your criteria before making a recommendation. Based on our budget and likes, Cosimo recommended laminate over engineered hardwood. Although I was initially unsure of the qualities of laminate, the price point and the sheer variety won me over.
The price may have been slightly over what you would pay at a big box store, but the personal touch from Cosimo and the variety available at Paradise Tile and Stone can’t be beat. We used our own contractor for laying the laminate so I could not comment about their contractors.

Paradise Tile andStone is your go to place for your flooring needs. The owner, Cosimo, couldn’t be a nicer and more professional al guy to work with. We purchased an older home in Carefree which needed new flooring throughout. We recently had our tile in our backyard and around the perimeter of the pool torn out and replaced. Cosmo and his team were great. The job was done in the time that we were told it would be and it turned out beautiful. They exceeded our expectations.

We were looking to replace our carpet with either tile or wood. After getting an estimate from a ‘non-​local’ company, we decided to stop into Paradise Tile as it was down the street from us and all the Unilocal reviews were positive. Cosimo was most helpful in offering suggestions and came the next day to our house to look at the selections we had chosen. After measuring and agreeing upon a price, we decided to go ahead with the project. Sure, it was a mess tearing up tile and replacing, but the crew that he has working for him were very efficient and finished the job in a week. During that time, Cosimo stopped in just to make sure things were going OK. We also had our carpeting replaced with wood laminate. After seeing how great it looked in our living room and family room, we decided to do all four bedrooms. Cosimo was able to schedule his crew to arrive the next day at 6:30 a.m. and by 3:30 p.m. they were done with replacing the carpet with wood laminate AND painted and put on new baseboards. They asked if they could help with bringing some of the furniture back in and without asking, they brought in a dresser that we had struggled to get outside. I would recommend Cosimo and his crew without reservation!

Was shopping for wood floors for the house, when i found this place on Unilocal.Luckily it is close to my house, so my girl and i cruised on down to check it out. We walked in, and from out of nowhere comes the owner Cosimo. What a great experience we had here. He suggested alternatives which we went with and it worked out perfectly. Paradise Tile was the first and only place I called when I needed to get new flooring for my home. We were moving into a new house and needed new carpet. I called Cosimo and he gave me great personalized attention. We went to the store to pick out carpet we might want. He met me at my soon to be home, measured, and brought the carpet samples with him that we had selected. He gave us a quote right then and there. I wanted the job to get done immediately upon us receiving the keys to the new house, and he made it happen. It was a large job, but he has a great installer and we are very happy with the result.
