Paradise Shadows Mobile Home Park is a 55 plus community just off the 101 Freeway at the Cave Creek exit. It is conveniently located in North Phoenix, affectionately known as the western style community of Cave Creek.

Paradise Shadows has an active Social Club with monthly breakfasts, potlucks and many special dinners and events. We have a wonderful indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi for year round enjoyment. There are also shuffleboard courts, billiard and game tables and a state of the art putting green for your enjoyment.

Manager

Melodie has been our on-​site manager and part of our home sales team since 2011 and is doing a superb job with all the various hats she wears. She has lived in our community for 2 years prior to becoming our on-​site manager. Her professional background includes Real Estate, Property Management as well as Office Management experience, so her on-​site sales responsibility has come naturally to her. She also loves Mary Kay products and enjoys selling those products in her spare time as well. She has been a great addition to our team and most importantly our community and enjoys our residents.
