History

Established in 1999.

Dr. Traci Paige established the practice in 1999 and retired in February 2014. The practice is managed by Jonne Housh, FNPC who began working with Dr Paige in 2007 & Karie Fedorick, PA-​C has been with the facility for 12 years. The practice name changed to Forever Family Healthcare February 1, 2014. The staff remains the same with the addition of Dr. Stephen Graham.

Certified Nurse Practitioner since 2007. Graduated from NAU and University Of Phoenix. Lives in Ahwatukee with husband and 3 girls. Acquired ownership of the practice in February 2014 which fulfilled a lifelong dream. Passionate about health and providing quality care to our community. Serves as a preceptor for the major universities to further the advanced practice role for aspiring nurses.
