Business Owner

Ed and Sean have a combined 50 years of automotive retail experience in Arizona. We opened Online Automotive Group along with our other partner Ed Sr. back in 2009 with the intention of providing a better buying experiance for our clients than the standard dealership provided. All vehicles are kept indoors in a clean, climate controlled warehouse off of 19^th Ave and Pinnacle Peak Rd with easy access off Hwy 101 or I-17. Our business is model is simple: we specialize in low mileage vehicles that are Carfax certified and in excellent condition. We provide a easy, straight forward, no hassle sales process. We believe people search online for cars not dealers so we have eliminated all the unnecessary overhead and have passed the savings on to you!

I was hoping for something different in this dealer but what I got was more of the same. Second email in and I was already talked down too as if I had never seen a car or researched a major purchase before. I live about an hour away so I needed to get a lot of the «feeling it out» out of the way through email and Cory was happy to let me know I didn’t understand pricing. I guess I don’t, but I do understand that someone else is going to get my money.

Cory at Online Automotive was great to work with. I was not even planning on buying but after seeing how clean the vehicle was and how relaxed this group of people are the vehicle matched most of what I wanted on my check list and my wife was blown away by how easy going everyone is there. I brought my wife back to look at the Armada and she liked it and we love the low miles it had on it. I came in pre approved and only wanted to spend an hour or less buying and Cory was able to beat my credit union buy over 1% so we went with there financing and the credit union they go through. Totally amazed at being able to get a great car in a short time frame and get back home to watch the ASU game.
Cory and Ed Moses you guys are great and provide something nobody else in the industry can which is clean low mileage vehicles and great customer service that is hands down no pressure to buy anything and your inventory is impressive. We will be back to get other cars in the future with how easy it was to deal with everything.

Absolutely loved working with Sean of Online Automotive Group! Over the course of a few days Sean and I were in contact via email. We talked about the vehicle I was looking for and set aside a time and date to look at it. I was a little hesitant because of the low prices, so I requested that I take it to my mechanic to have it looked at. Sean agreed without any hesitation. Once we arrived he had the car waiting to go, and even asked if we wanted to drive it around for 4 hours. Once we decided on the vehicle, the buying process was quick. I have excellent credit and he was able to beat the interest rate quotes I had received from several other banks and credit unions. I don’t usually write reviews but felt I had to share my experience with Online Automotive Group. Dealing with Ed Moses was a pleasure and I only wish other buying experiences went this smooth. I found the exact Honda truck I having been looking for online last Sunday night. I emailed Ed and asked about condition and possibly shipping the car from Phoenix to Las Vegas. He emailed me back Monday morning and then called. We negotiated the price and he gave me a great rate on the transportation. We agreed and he emailed me the paperwork, I signed and sent back Monday. Tuesday I wired the money to them. Tuesday afternoon the transport company called and said they were picking up the car and it would be delivered Wednesday morning at 8am. The car arrived at 8 and it was absolutely mint as Ed said. Thank you Ed and Online Automotive Group for a great experience!

Complete waste of my time. Found a car that looked decent in the «for sale by owner» section of craigslist only to find that after pulling up at this dealership it’s actually a business listing numerous vehicles in the wrong section. Complete ripoff. Scammers. Run from these con artists.

Wow what a great experience this was!
Buying a car does not have to be ugly in fact it can be enjoyable — who would of thought. One phone call telling them what I was looking for and within a few hours I was getting e-mails with different choices. A few phone calls and e– mails back and forth and we went out and picked up the car. Total of about 10 days max. Don’t go to a dealer and get treated poorly go right to Ed!

What a great experience!
I *never* thought I’d say that about buying a car but Sean was outstanding! I did my own homework with researching and test driving until I found the make and model of car that I wanted and gave the information to Sean who found me a great deal on a low-mileage pre-owned car.

This was the first time I’ve bought a used car without experiencing the hassle of a «used car dealership» and Ill be recommending Sean to everybody I know!
I was planning on buying a Jeep Wrangler from a private owner in the hopes of not overpaying and not having to deal with the pressure of some slick salesman.
Online Automotive Group popped up on one of my web searches. It hadn’t occured to me that I could find a dealership selection without having to walk onto some car lot and deal with all that bull s**t. back and forth negotiating.
Sean had a 2008 Jeep Wrangler in inventory that was actually priced for what I had been finding from private sellers but with lower mileage. Unfortunately the bright red color wasn’t to my taste. Sean said he could find the silver color I was looking for a «finders fee» if I would give him a week.
He found one in three days and had it in his showroom detailed for me to drive home two days later! And.. . for a little less than I was planning on spending! He did the negotiating for me — what a concept. That’s what I call service.
There aren’t many businesses where you get to deal one-on-one with the owner. Combine that with the fact that the owner is professional, efficient, courteous and an all around solid nice guy — SOLD!
