Based in Phoenix, Arizona; Nicholas Spade Photography specializes in the use of natural light as well as portable studio lighting to deliver memorable family, wedding and commercial photography.

There are no limits to the creative expression for your family or project. My goal is to work with a client, learn their interests and deliver that vision on film. Some past projects have involved family dogs decorating a Christmas tree, a high school senior sitting on the cookies she baked, or adding a family member to a photo who wasn’t there originally.

For the ultimate personal touch, all photography is done at the location of your choice or your own home. You still have the option of a studio background look or the natural surroundings.

History

Established in 2006.

I began my photography journey in high school as the photo editor of our yearbook and newspaper. It was a blast getting to record our youthful adventures and share those views with my fellow classmates. Since then, I’ve expanded my mind to landscape, people, portraits, weddings and commercial work. Each project makes me love my passion that much more. The thrill of capturing the perfect wedding moment or recording a location that instills memories for each person who sees it, is my daily reward.

Photography has granted me the privilege of seeing awe inspiring locations but more importantly, smiles on the faces of my clients. I choose to take my passion from hobby to profession as I saw the joy my images provided more and more people.

Business Owner

With over 15 years experience behind the camera and completing an advertising degree from Northern Arizona University with a minor in photography, expanding my photographic knowledge continues. I’ve had the pleasure to work with some great agency creative directors, magazines and wonderful families. Having won awards both locally and nationally for my work, I continue to find new and creative expressions with my photography.

An avid travler, my camera accompanies me on every trip. I’ve captured beautiful vistas from Alaska, Europe, Yellowstone National Park and more; all featured on my website.
