Of the hundreds of restaurants around Phoenix that serve traditional tacos, we’re not one of them. We’re just a little neighborhood taco shop that believes in utilizing the finest ingredients possible. Most Carne Asada tacos are made with top round or other off, inexpensive cuts, we use skirt steak because we believe the flavor and texture can’t be beat. We offer two types of fish tacos; a grilled Mahi and a Baja inspired fried Alaskan Cod, because some people enjoy a great fried taco and others a grilled. The chorizo we use in the 50⁄50 taco is a specialty, it’s a proprietary recipe utilizing pork belly instead of traditional pork fat, resulting in a chorizo that is lean and rich, with a little smoky kick. If you’re a vegetarian, we’ve got you covered with the Grilled Vegetable And Hummus Taco. Is your diet gluten free? Our corn tortillas are just corn, no flour, no additives, exactly what a tortilla should be. Also, the tortillas we use for tacos are 5 inches, not 3 inch like some of our competitors, 35% bigger. So we can load them up. Feel like going bigger? Many of our tacos are available in a burrito and torta version.
