Morehart AC answered their cell phone at 8pm on Sunday 6−5−16. The repair man was pleasant and very helpful. I explained we own an assisted living home and one of our AC units was blowing hot air. He told me to hang tight as he would see what he could do. In summary, he called me back 5 minutes later to tell me he would service in 20 minutes. That night, our AC unit was cooling again. Our household has found a reliable company in Morehart. We will recommend and use again when needed.

Tom was a lifesaver! Our AC went out on a Saturday night during a heat blast!
The company we purchased the unit from wasn’t able to schedule us until Monday due to high demand. Our friend had dealt with Tom before and recommended this company. Sunday, Tom said he was in the area and could come by and look at it. Less than a half an hour our AC was back on!
Tom answered all my questions, was so polite and courteous, and went the extra mile to fix a vent that was installed backyards, how would I have figured that out?

The singularly nicest service/​repair company I’ve delt with in years!
The day of my appointment, I received a call from Tom Greene in the early afternoon telling me that he was running ahead of schedule and if I wanted him to come early he could– or he could wait till my allotted appointment window of three to five pm. (Of course I let him come over hours early!)
Tom was polite, professional and quickly took a look at the A/​C unit. He diagnosed the problem, said he’d have it fixed in a few minutes and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Once it was up and running again, he waited until the machine «warmed up» so that he could make sure that it was working 100%, it was blowing cold enough and that there were no other problems. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
If I was in my early to mid-​twenties, and single I’d have tried to convince Tom to run away with me right then and there. (Sorry, Honey.) He was seriously that great.
I’m new to this state so I don’t have much experience with A/​C repair companies but from what I have heard from others its never really a GOOD experience. Mine was. We will be leaving this rental home to purchase shortly and I can honestly say that Tom from Morehart is the only person I’ll be calling if there is a problem with our heating and air conditioning.

After «winning» two free AC service visits from a *different* company, their tech recommended $ 700 in urgent repairs, threatening that my AC could shut down any second without the fixes. The whole thing felt sketchy to me (how did I even win this?!), so after getting a referral from a family member, I called Morehart.
I first have to say … TOM IS WONDERFUL! As I explained the situation over the phone, and read him the measurements provided by the other tech (only after I demanded that he give them to me), Tom advised that he was really doubtful the repairs were actually needed. I scheduled a service visit so he could come do a thorough check and confirm his suspicions.
Tom arrived promptly, and was extremely kind, courteous and conscientious. He explained everything thoroughly in ways I could understand, and without making me feel like a moron ((ahem– last tech)). Not only did he confirm that the $ 700 in «urgent» repairs were NOT needed, but he found a smaller repair that was actually needed … apparently the other company’s tech was too busy inventing expensive, fake issues to catch any real problems.
In addition to this fix, our exterior AC unit is now quieter and fully cleaned, the loud rattle in the attic unit is now gone completely, and I have confidence there are no leaks in the attic ductwork. All for $ 500 less than the other schmucks.

This company is an exceptional honest company. I paid to have my air conditioners cleaned and serviced and the young man (Tom) was very professional and wore foot covers each time inside my home. He performed all task in the rain and never ever have we seen our air conditioner including coils looking so clean. He seemed to be a perfectionist. I was extremely pleased with the care and quality of service received and Morehart air has definitely earned my trust. thank you Tom and kudos to Moreheart air for hiring only honest professionals !

Amazing! We have a new build in Queen Creek and selected Jason and his crew from Morehart to install our air conditioning system. We can’t say enough about the company. The quality of the work is excellent and the professionalism of all involved from the office assistant to the installers is Fantastic.
Jason studied the air conditioning scheme, discussed the units available and thoroughly explained our options. Not only were we impressed but our builder was also very impressed with the system installed in the home.

Was referred with my home warranty and the service was great, they fixed a leaky vent. Very pleasant, friendly, and honest.
I no longer have the home warranty and was happy with them and decided to use them again for the summer check up and as per my last experience is was great. I’m going to use them for a rental property and I’m sure they will not dissapoint.

I called to get service on a swamp cooler on a home I just moved into. I was happy to reach an after hours tech who explained the service to me. He said he would take my number and the office would call me first thing in the morning to schedule a service call. By noon, no call so we called the office and they said they would give us a call back. No call. Thought well one more chance. Called again, same story, they would call us back. two days later still no call. Wouldn’t use them if they did call back now, don’t know what the issue is but poor follow through

Extremely disappointed. After being told that my elderly (87 year old) tenant would be top priority as she did not have any heat, it took 4 days for Morehart to make the service call. This was after they told me they would get out to the house right away — 4 DAYS AGO!!! Two nights ago it was below freezing in Chandler where my tenant resides. If they would have told me I could have called another company. I am beyond upset and rather disgusted with this company. I will never use them again.

Morehart AC is an excellent company to call on when you are having any type of heating or cooling issue. They are prompt, courteous and trustworthy. We will call them again should the need ever arise. Thanks guys!

We thought we had a leaking condenser and there was lots of water all over the garage floor. The first company I called was three hours late, and they recommended that we spend $ 2400 to replace what they said was a leaking condenser coil. I did not feel right about what they told me since they had not even taken the condenser out and there wasn’t any ice-​over on the coils, so instead I called Morehart Air Conditioning so I could get a blind second opinion.
Morehart was here in less than 40 minutes from the time I placed the call. Once their technician showed up he was quick to let me know that he thought it was just a clogged PVC pipe on the pan that normally drained the condensation. Sure enough, after using a CO2 cartridge to blow out the line the water flowed right on out of there and there was no further problem. For just under $ 150, the so-​called $ 2400 replacement of the condenser unit was resolved.
Sure — there may not be any «Melvins» on the other people’s job, but apparently they are paying for those expensive commercials with the money they take from people who don’t need what they’re selling us. Not so with Morehart. Do yourselves a favor, and call these guys first. You could save thousands of dollars, and a lot of aggravation!
Oh — and yes, the technician who came out was Tom. I suspect he is the same Tom that someone else left a negative review for. I can tell you from firsthand experience that Tom is a professional, top notch, sincere and knowledgeable guy and he was very easy to talk to. He explained everything to me as he did it, and showed me so that I understood everything. There were no communication difficulties, and I trust him and this company FAR beyond the «big guys» who send out G-​d knows who to work on your unit.

Our air conditioning went out over the 4^th of July holiday. I’m ashamed that it has taken me a couple of weeks to right this review. Anyway, the technician that came out was Brian. He was courteous, thorough, and quick. My stomach was in knots over what he was going to say was wrong. We rent and the last thing I wanted to do was to bother my landlord over the holiday.
Brian put 2 ½ lbs of freon in our AC, stayed until the house got cooler, and charged us as little as he could. I was REALLY impressed that I called him on a Sunday AND a holiday weekend and there was no extra charge –only the base service fee. I’m happy to say that 3 weeks later, the AC is working great. He did let me know that the unit is 11 years old and the freon for it is not going to be available much longer. I appreciated the heads up that I can give to my landlord.
Morehart Air Conditioning & Heating was referred to me by my son’s mother-​in-​law. She told me they were honest and efficient. My experience was absolutely great.
In a society of companies messing over people that don’t know the business, I found this company to be a stand up company. I would definitely refer them and use them again, if necessary.
***one more thing, they are in Phoenix. I’m in Chandler. I was shocked at how quickly the technician arrived AND they didn’t charge anything extra for the mileage.

This company is so awesome. From the first time I called everyone was professional and extremely courteous. The installers were on time and were clean and very knowledgeable. They explained everything to us and I could not be more impressed. Oh, and the best part… they were $ 900 cheaper than 10 other bids I received. Recently my AC stopped working and I called Morehart AC to see what was going on. Tom the service technician showed me that my thermostat was not working and replaced it. My unit is working great and I love how the new thermostat looks. Thanks for all your help we will call again if we have any more problems!

Brian came out and maintained our 3 units for summer season.
He showed us a failing capacitor, and hard-​start unit.
At first i was sticker shocked at the cost to replace these units, but later found the pricing to be fair, and to be no different than anywhere else. Brian was extremely nice, professional, and beyond my expectations for a service technician. He took all the time to answer our questions, and have our systems ready for the HOT summer.

It is sad to see the denial, and the accusation. The thought of a new air handler did not come up until Tom mentioned it (I gave specifics in my first review) this is a pathetic attempt at trying to save face, instead of admitting the problem. I am glad to have online reviews. They put a transparency on to companies that forces a higher level of customer service. I still would not recommend morehart.
Just one thing more to say in closing. If the air handler did not need to be replaced, then why would another company come out, find the problem, recommend it be replaced, get the approval; and are now about to finish the job?
I left a message for the owner and he never returned my call either, but I am not surprised.

First time I’ve used Morehart and very pleased with the service. Kevin, the tech, was polite, professional and proficient. The price was fair for the work done. I will definitely call them again.
