I hired Mr. Atkins to represent my son on a misdemeanor charge out of Tempe. Mr. Atkins was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He was able to get the charge dismissed. I also hired Mr. Atkins to represent me on a real estate matter. Mr. Atkins had all docs written and drawn up in a timely manner for the short notice that he was given. He does great work! If you need a good attorney you definitely want him on speed dial!

Most UNPROFESSIONAL lawyer I’ve ever encountered, makes me seriously question his credentials.
I should have been cleared, it was an easy case. Mr Atkins MISSED TWO COURT DATES without telling me, resulting in a warrant for my arrest and a $ 45 bill sent to my house. (Which he did not pay).
I had to complete everything myself, including calling the court multiple times. Unfortunately they were limited in their ability to deal with me as I had paid for an attorney but even THE COURT couldn’t get a hold of him. I have now been trying to reach Mr Atkins for 4 months. Email, calls, you name it. Have heard nothing but one call back in all that time, in which he said he would call back in an hour and never did. The court attorney couldn’t reach him this week and luckily called me to deal with my case. I put in over 30 calls to his office and have no heard back from him. Completely unprofessional and rude. I even had to fly from New York to Arizona to take care of this ticket, because he was THAT utterly useless.
I don’t know how he treats his other customers, but I made a HUGE MISTAKE hiring him. Even when I tried to remove him for the case, he would not answer and there was no way for me to do this without his confirmation (seems like a flaw) and still he did not respond to me, the court clerk or another attorney
