History

Established in 1985.

M&M Automotive was started in a small one bay shop in the 1980s. M&M Automotive originally was a father and son team and has continued to service customers in the north Phoenix area ever since. In March of 2000 John Petrusha purchased M&M Automotive. In November of 2008 M&M Automotive moved into their new four bay location 1945 West Cheryl Drive. We look forward to working with you!

John has lived in the Phoenix area since 1969 and has over 20 years experience in automotive repair. John starting off pumping gasoline in Scottsdale back when «service stations» were on every major intersection. He now owns M&M Automotive and still enjoys the challenges of repairing and maintaining today’s complex vehicles.

I WOULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF I COULD. These guys are of the highest ethical standards and are some of the most honest people I have ever met. I have taken my car to them on numerous occasions and have never been sold anything that it didn’t require and the work is of the highest quality. When they are unable to fix the problem, they tell you and help find someone who can. This happened today and they even waived the diagnostic charge. I recommend this shop without any reservation.

I was referred to M & M by a friend who had been going here for years and I can’t say enough good things. As an automotive novice, I was frantic when my car started having issues and had no idea where to go for honest, quality and reasonably priced work. John and his team were so courteous and professional about getting my problem solved and had my car in and out in a matter of hours, running perfectly. Just fair and honest work completed in timely and convenient manner. After being so incredibly pleased with M & M and the work they did on my vehicle, my boyfriend took his car in for an alignment where they actually diagnosed the problem was in his tires themselves, not the alignment. They rotated his tires, put on his spare and invited him to come back if that didn’t solve the problem and they didn’t charge him A DIME. We were blown away by their professionalism and genuine service and will undoubtedly be taking our business to them again.

This place is honest and they do quality work. I have had them work on several cars, Mustangs, a Corvette, a Mercedes, a Honda and an F-​150. Each time I have had nothing but positive results. They do the work when promised, let you know everything that was done, and tell you an accurate price up front. That is not easy to find in the auto repair business in Phoenix.
