I didn’t find my dress at Luv, but the salon is gorgeous and the customer service was very good. Luv was the second place I tried on dresses and I thought I knew exactly what I was looking for– WRONG! I worked with Maria, who was very sweet and helpful. She let me try on whatever I wanted and got her manager involved when she noticed that I wasn’t quite finding what I was looking for. The manager helped me figure out what style of dress would best flatter my body type, and pointed me in the right direction for the rest of my dress search. My mom was in tears and LOVED the new style I tried on. There was an amazing special going on at the time– $ 1,000 for a dress AND veil. Incredible! I think the gowns were a better quality than say, David’s Bridal, at a similar price point. That being said, even though the dresses really were pretty… I was happier with the quality elsewhere. I would recommend making an appointment here and be prepared to share the experience with other brides as well.

I had been to 2 other bridal places the same day I visited this bridal store. I had tried more than 10 gowns so far. I walked into Luv, and I was automatically transform to a magical place. The boutique is not too small and not to big, every gown is hanging with the perfect spacing between so you can view each one, outside of their bag. The lighting is perfect, there is something so romantic about this place. That makes you want to fall in love and dream! Helen was a very pleasant lady who right away welcomed me, making me feel at ease and assured me that the experience I was about to have would be unique!
I was charmingly taken by Maria, a very lovely petite girl who was so pleasant and helpful, we tried every dress that my son and I wanted myself to try. She was not pushy and she took her time helping me make decisions. I tried a dress twice and in different colors and finally fell in love. Thank you for making after what I thought would be a lost day of dress shopping, a magical experience. If I could give more stars to this place I would! Thank you ladies, from the bottom of my heart I will never forget this experience.

I found the perfect dress at Luv Bridal and my experience was amazing thanks to Jordin and Bridget.
Prior to booking an appointment, I had researched a few bridal shops and chose Luv Bridal for my first appointment. While I was excited, I felt a little nervous as well to be putting on a wedding dress for the first time. Jordin and Bridget were so helpful and friendly and calmed my nerves.
To be honest, I had researched and found that the dress carries one designer — Mia Solano. I wasn’t quite sure about this at first, as I thought that it may make the selection limiting. Boy way I wrong! They really have a variety of styles though and after trying on about 8 dresses I had 2 favorites that I could not decide between. These gowns seem to be high quality for the price you pay (everything is WELL UNDER 2000) and since they only carry Mia Solano they are able to give a discount from the original sticker price of each gown.
They hold each dress in a variety of sizes in the back so you are able to try on your size in most of the gowns. This is awesome so you can have a good expectation of how the dress will fit you (rather than trying on a huge dress being clipped all in). Another great feature is that you can customize the dress to an extent. For example, the dress I chose had a corset back but I preferred buttons with a zipper. No problem! You are able to pick what you want out of their options so the dress is exactly what you want. Each of the dresses also come in anywhere from 2 – 4 colors.
I didn’t say yes to the dress at the first appointment. Since it was my very first time trying on dresses, I wanted to go to at least one other place and try on a few more dresses to be sure. The other place was awesome as well, but not nearly the level of service that Jordin and Bridget provided. After finding another contender at the second shop, I knew I had to try on «the dress» from Luv one more time. I called and they were able to get me in later that day with my same stylists. Once I put the dress back on, I knew it was the one. Thank you Luv Bridal, Jordin and Bridget for making me feel beautiful.

I can’t begin to explain how Althea and Helen at this boutique honestly saved my wedding day. As a first time (older) bride –the worst happened with the 1^st dress I bought –a well known seamstress in Chandler didn’t perform alterations of taking in the dress to fit my specific body –the issue with this was I didn’t get the dress back from her until less than 3 days prior to my wedding to see that it still didn’t fit!
In a panic –I searched the web for another dress that had the same details of tiered lace that my first dress had. The dress I found only noted one distributor locally –LUV Bridal. The next morning I drove straight there –without an appt –as I was just hoping to see if they had it in stock. I explained my situation and that my wedding was only a few days away –so they made room in their schedule then for me to try the dress on! I had worn my bustier just in case and tried the dress on with the bustier –it didn’t look all that great as in the pic, but the consultant suggested that we try others.
After the 2^nd dress –my consultant, Althea talked me into removing my bustier and she said she felt that was causing part of the fitting issues. At first I pushed back as the «bad seamstress» insisted the reason why the dress she «fixed» didn’t fit was because I must wear one. Well the 2^nd dress fit MUCH better without the bustier –so the consultant insisted we try my first pick back on and give her one more chance to make that dress look like it was supposed to –and it did! The bustier caused the issue and after it was removed –the dress fit like a glove with NO alterations needed! Although –they were all collaborating together on seamstresses they trusted in case I had any need what so ever –they were planning ahead to make sure I was taken care of the right way in time for my wedding.
Now this is how much this staff really cares about the bride –they suggested that maybe my original dress would fit better without the bustier as well; they said they would hold their dress for me for a couple days to allow me to go home and try to get mine to work since I had already spent more than my budget on dress 1 and alterations! That’s amazing service and integrity for them to not push their sale but to try to do what is best for the bride.
Unfortunately, dress 1 was just far too big in the waist and was still very baggy without the bustier as well with no time for such alterations, so I drove back to LUV and as an early wedding gift –the manager had called to authorize a reduced price to me knowing the troubles I had experienced and was already out of my dress budget and trying to figure out how to pay for this second dress when I had also recently become unemployed as well. They were my angels!
My biggest regret is not going to this boutique in the beginning and experiencing this great service from the start! Thanks to them –I have no regrets in the outcome of my wedding –I loved the fit of my dress and everyone at the wedding could tell! If you are a bride or a bridesmaid –you should honestly go here first –very unique and beautiful dresses at such great prices –but the people –the people really care and are an amazing team! I’m sending any bride I meet to this location.

I was so excited to try this place based on all of the other amazing reviews it got and it was such a good choice. As soon as we walked up, we were invited in 10 minutes before the store opened because it was chilly outside. As soon as we stepped inside, we were treated so well the entire time. Helen was my stylist with Jordin in training with her.
Helen was AMAZING!!! She really listened to everything I wanted but made me step out of my comfort zone as well. Each time I tried on a dress, she listened to everything we all had to say and applied that and her amazing knowledge to finding the perfect dress. She actually picked out the dress that I decided on.
If you’re unsure about this place, please don’t be. The shop is amazing, all of the employees are so friendly and helpful and not only are all of the dresses beautiful and displayed very well but they are very decently priced as well!
I’m recommending this place to every bride to be I know.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is! This was my second go around looking for dresses and the fourth place I had been to. Lindsay and the manager Helen were so fantastic to work with! The dresses and setup were beautiful and so affordable. A must try if you are looking for your perfect wedding dress – I know I found mine!

They are so helpful and awesome in finding my daughters dress for her big day. They also didn’t get upset that she went back after deciding not to do a veil and then wanted one. this has the best service of any bridal salon in the valley. Pricing was very competitive.

This shop is one of the best shops I’ve been to. Brandi was incredible and really made the experience fun and exciting. After going to David’s Bridal, I was turned off of dress shopping, but Luv Bridal awoke all of my butterflies for my big day. I would recommend everyone go here

Third time’s the charm! I’m SO happy that I took the plunge and made the trip to AZ from CA because my experience at Luv Bridal was nothing short of magical. It was like the stars were aligned from the moment I walked into the store to my coming back the next day to buy my dress. With this being my third fitting, I didn’t have much expectations for my stylist, but Brandi (as well as the other Luv girls) went above and beyond to make my experience special. She helped me envision what I would look like on my wedding day by letting me try on different belt/​veil combinations as well as somehow getting a hold of a fresh bouquet for me to hold. With the help of the other Luv girls, she was also able to help me find the perfect color for my future bridesmaid dresses. As for the dress and accessories? AMAZING price for the crazy beautiful quality. I was floored when I was told my total. Also, the payment process and terms are VERY reasonable. I’m so happy I made the trip out here and can’t wait to come back when my dress gets in to see the girls again! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Very unfortunate experience. I was looking forward to trying on dresses at this boutique after reading reviews and seeing photos. However, my experience today was horrible! My mother and I made a 2:30 appointment and arrived at 2:33. We even called to say we were going to be a few min late. When we got there no one greeted us. We looked around for a few more minutes and at 2:45 we were still waiting for help. One of the groups had left at 2:45, but still no one came to speak us. Finally at 3:00 we left. There was another mother daughter group who came and left at the same time we did. Looks like they lost two customers today. shopping for something like a $ 2,000 dress, you would expect some great service, but you won’t find that at Luv.

Friendly and helpful staff! Decent pricing for bridesmaids gowns too. I would use this shop again for sure!

I truly enjoyed my experience at Luv Bridal! The store feels open and modern and has great lighting. Oh yeah, and the dresses! they are beautifully crafted and are sourced from Australia, so they feel unique and not something you can find at many other bridal shops. They’re also displayed really nicely in a way that allows you to appreciate every detail, even when still hanging on the racks. Despite purchasing a dress elsewhere, I have only the most positive things to say about Luv and would hands down recommend that all Phoenix brides check out this new bridal shop.

This place is beautiful and I love the openness of the building. I had the pleasure to work with Karlie and she was sweet and very helpful. She was very accommodating to my needs and really helped me stay in my budget for my dress. I really appreciated that! I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a wedding dress. They have a great selection of dresses and very affordable. I’m so happy I said YES to my dress here and I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day.

This store is great, very organized and clean! The dresses are in good condition for trying on. The set up personally for me is a little more «all eyes on bride» when you come out from the dressing room everyone can see you rather then just being in a quiet area with your party. I had a great experience here, the dresses seem to be very well made and at a great price.

This place is Ah-​Maze-​Ing. Everyone who works there is super sweet and attentive. My sister was trying on dresses for her wedding in April and we found the perfect one (with the help of our wonderful stylist, Natalie). If you’re looking for a wedding dress I would suggest coming here last because you can see the difference in quality and you will leave this store with the most beautiful gown. Helen is such a sweetheart and I cannot thank her more for her kindness and for running the most beautiful bridal store in all of phoenix. This is the place I will go to to find my dress when I get engaged. We love Luv.

This is where I said yes to the dress! Helen and her team were helpful and great to work with. Loved my experience and my dress! Attached to a beautiful floral design studio as well. I went to several bridal salons and I liked this open and airy space best. Viewing area is open and it’s easy to go through the gowns.
