Danielle has been certified and trained in all strand by strand methods with 10 years experience so you the consumer know that you will be getting the highest quality. Applications only take an hour to an hour and a half and all clients are educated on the best methods for there natural hair and the proper maintenance.

Established in 2004.

Founded in 2004 I have always had a passion for helping people and when I came into the hair extension field 10 years ago I realized what a difference I could make in people’s lives by offering my clients their hair at cost and a realistic application fee without paying thousands of dollars.

At one point I needed extensions myself about 11 years ago and couldn’t believe the average cost salons were charging and the low amount of hair they were offering me, I have my clients order their hair directly through my supplier at cost so that they KNOW exactly what they are getting and the true cost of what quality hair is.

I strive to provide the best service and the highest quality knowing I’m giving my clients 110% and a outstanding end result.

Update from my original review. After going to her for almost a year I became very disappointed. Constantly rescheduling on me last minute or when even when I’m on my way to her. Her hours were not very flexible over time and I had to use time off from work to see her which again was constantly rescheduling or even just flat out cancelling on me. One time happen to be my birthday and I had taken a whole day off for pampering. She cancelled on me while I was driving to her place. The last batch of hair she ordered was completely wrong. Way too dark… like 5 shades. I never changed my color of hair when seeing her. She also wouldn’t refund my money and not take out the hair. I had to have a friend take it out which caused damage. I almost got the vibe that she didn’t want to see me anymore so instead of telling me she just became flakey. The hair isn’t the greatest quality. I get one reuse out of it. She won’t cut the hair once put on or do anything to help blend. I’m happy to say I have a more reliable lady and the hair is amazing I can reuse more than once. She also can tone or cut to blend. I went to Danielle for micro links, and then eventually tried the tape in. She is super sweet, and knoweledgable about extensions. I loved mine! I prefer the tape in method, because they feel more secure, they don’t come out (micros come out sometimes it happens) and their much faster to install.

On my consultation appointment, Danielle handed me a selection of hair color and basically asked me to decide what color I thought was best while she was finishing up her other client. I couldn’t decide on a color and she assured me that a combination of two colors would be perfect. A few days before I returned for my placement, she texted me and asked if I could reschedule and I was able to accommodate. When I arrived, I found that she ordered the wrong length and she insisted I was charged for the 20″ until I pulled up my credit card charge and revealed I was charged for 22″. Initially a bit disappointed, but it actually turned out to be a good thing because I wouldn’t have wanted the hair any longer. I also noticed the hair was darker than I really wanted but again she provided me with reassurance it would look great. Be aware that she does not color or cut the hair and so, if you want a blended look, you’ll have to go elsewhere for a cut. Once the hair was placed I told her I continued to be unsure of the color but she said I just needed to wash it. Still I am unhappy and I have also noticed the hair smells like it’s been excessively chemically treated and the smell will not go away with multiple washes. I texted Danielle about my concerns and did not get a response until I texted her five times over a period of a week. She referred me to someone else for color. I called her referral and now two days later haven’t heard from him either. I’m not pleased and will not be returning. She gave me false reassurances, false information, and is unwilling to communicate options to make her customer happy.

I made the brave decision to get my hair cut right before my Birthday back in February. While the salon and stylist were both nice, I instantly regretted my much shorter hair do. Within days, I was searching online for hair extensions. My search initially led me to several salons, and even a couple people who freelanced. After looking at price differences, I contacted Danielle for a consultation. I visited her home studio and had a chance to watch her in action and see how she applied extensions with such ease — definitely a pro! I booked my first appointment with her right then and there and she even fit me in on the morning of my Birthday Celebration so that I could show off my new locks for my big day. I have been going back to her ever since! She’s done both the micro ring and tape extensions on me, and both looked and felt great! She is also willing to fix any of her extensions for you (at no charge) should they fall out before your re-​application date. She has pretty much perfected her craft though, so her work is pretty much guaranteed, and I have only had one extension come undone ever.

Danielle is awesome! She has been doing my extensions for the past five years and I would never go anywhere else after experiencing her expertise. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to extensions — she has spent years perfecting every aspect of her business and knows the ins and outs of every type of extension. I thought my hair was a lost cause from over bleaching before she got to it and made it beautiful and every day it gets healthier with the products she suggests as well — she’s not like your usual salon hair dresser that tries to sell you whatever her boss is promoting that month. Danielle actually cares about your hair getting healthier and stronger in order to get the optimum satisfaction out of your extensions. Throughout every re-​application I was completely satisfied with the care she put into my hair and how much she listens to how YOU want your hair to look. I would absolutely recommend her (I have many times) to anyone thinking about getting extensions and longtime wearers in need of an expert. After a horrible hair accident I found Danielle on craigslist and texted her at 6am asking her if she could help my hair which had been fried, before I went on a trip in two days.
The initial consultation was free, and she said she could absolutely help me, this was my first time ever getting hair extensions, and I couldn’t have picked a better person. The hair was high quality, and the service as superb. She really knew what she was doing and how to make me feel amazing when I was done. I got my extensions put in the day before my trip and no one knew that I had wrecked my hair just a few days prior!

I’m so in love with my hair! I highly recommend Luscious Locks for anyone looking at adding length or volume to their hair. The owner is so professional and really listens to all your wants and needs. The atmosphere itself is so cozy and comforting to be in. My real hair has gotten to repair and grow even with the extensions in my hair because of the safe method she applies. I’ve never been so happy with the results. I’ve been to MANY salons and in home extensions stylists in the past with anything but pleasant experiences. Either the salons are way too over priced
or the in home services have done a crappy job at either the placement of the extensions or the hair itself has been cheap. Since I found Luscious Locks almost 6 years ago, I have not had one single issue with the outcome I wanted. I could not be happier with the services. Reasonably priced, beautiful hair and most importantly, she actually listens to what look you are going for. Working in the healthcare field, I require having my hair up 5 days a week and Danielle has done a fantastic job at the placement of my extensions that allows me to wear my hair up so no bonds are showing. (This was what was most important to me). Danielle is also very cautious to not rip or tear out bonds when I get mine redone. She cares not just about giving you the length or fullness you desire, but also maintaining healthy natural hair.
I’m beyond satisfied with her services and I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for quality work, done right and at a very reasonable price.

Finally! A place to share my amazing experience with Luscious Locks! Danielle has been more than accommodating. Her consultations are entirely free. For being one person her availability is very flexible. Her knowledge on hair extensions is more valuable than most hair stylists you’ll ever meet. Not only that, her pricing is down right affordable. This is definitely the ideal situation where I can say you get more than what you pay for!
