Attorney Kevin Rowe is a founder and principal of the law offices of Lerner and Rowe, P.C. We have been greatly ignored since Donna is no longer working on our case. She treated us with nothing but respect and professionalism. Now we can’t even get a return phone call. Every medical provider has been paid along with the Atty. We received a partial advance & then deserted. … do we get screwed out of the rest? Would not know because no one is straight forward with us. I expected a little more knowledge since they do this every day. Its a first for us & the last time doing business with them.

Terrible, Larry represented me, for one court case. I found out 3 weeks after a supposed court date that I had a warrant. No communication, just simply a money making SCHEME that they run. BEWARE

I never saw any reviews but I did research things to know before you go and the questions you should ask before meeting with the attorney.
The biggest red flag you can have is someone other than the attorney doing the initial consultation. If the attorney can’t meet with you and/​or is too busy to meet with you it’s a signal that they wont or don’t have the time to work your case. Their case load is too high.
Another red flag is the representation of the firm acting as if they are doing you a favor. It’s the other way around, you are doing them a favor by giving them your business. Most firms don’t get this, that they have an obligation to excellent customer service. These guys goals are money. Too big to fail? Just big enough to fail I say.
When I got up to leave and said I don’t want to hire you (L&R) the guy had a stunned look and stated in a snarky tone well good luck to you. They didn’t even try to stop me or call me back to apologize or try to change my mind.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Please listen to all the bad reviews; from this recent experience the place is unworthy of your business. First of all, they probably get business from their badly made commercials but don’t let the advertising lure you in because the service is even worse. My significant other needed representation and these «lawyers» were hired months before the actual court date. Not ONCE did they call to discuss the case. Every call made was quickly dismissed and handled by the secretary. The lawyers clearly had better things to do than work with their clients. Finally, after lots of frustration and complaining about their lackluster effort, they kindly granted a meeting the day right before the court date. Got there early and sat waiting. and waiting… and waiting. The man, Mr. Younglove (should’ve dropped him when I heard the name), was over 40 minutes late! Not only that, but he was late to the court hearing the next day! Is it too much to ask that a lawyer be on time? Could it be any more obvious he didn’t care a whit about the situation?! It was ludicrous. And of course once the ruling came, he did pretty much nothing. He did nothing preventative prior to the hearing (except extending the court date, presumably for more time to NOT do anything), made no case in our favor, no defense, nothing. He simply advised to take the deal even though others in the court got the same deal. In fact, other people there who had no lawyer got the same ruling, so it was a giant waste of money. Have accepted responsibility for being idiotic enough to use this law firm and this guy. Don’t make the same mistake. Warning you — find someone else and some other place. It’ll be the smartest thing you did.

Lerner and Rowe is the way to go, if you want to be ignored, not have your phone calls returned, be told the paralegal handling your case, «is on the phone all day long, but you can try and call at 8 am the following day and if she (sic) has time will be able to discuss the case,» and only speak to the actual attorney handling your case when you are calling to lodge a complaint. What a joke this law firm is. These –people need to spend less time on their TV advertising and more time on actually performing case management and customer service. The McDonald’s of legal help, the only difference, at least at McDonald’s you get your food in a reasonable time frame. I fired them and now I am waiting for them to «get my case files together» to send to the new attorney. Funny thing I did most of the foot work in giving them the information in the first place.

One call that’s all… Pay Attention to what I right, It will save you your pain and suffering money that you should get. BUT hey your attorney cares about you. So Why do they take there money Right off the Top. You would THINK after Medicla bills are paid and your surgery and your doctor bills are paid. THen They get there money. OH NO. They get there money right off the top. So if you settle for 100,000 They Get 33,000 Dollars. For a few phone calls and gathering everything together and make sure everyone gets the right amount. — – (((Only after you negotiate down your medicals bills down… A monkey could do That Exspecially for 33,000
Now Take a look at this for a second and see how good an attorney sticks it to you…
Okay 100,000 Dollar settlement. Medical bills for 30,000 And doctors another 10,000 (((again rough numbers)))
So that is 40,000 in Medical bills.
So now you would be at 60,000 in settlement Now take there 33% off 60,000 dollars it comes to 19,800 Lot better than 33,000 dollars. Right… so what did your attorney do for all that money… OPPPPPPPPPPsssssss I mean PARALEGAL… Cause that who does 80% of your case. You don’t talk to your attorney until after you meet all of paralegals questions before they say okay I will have your attorney call you. I always had to speak to a paralegal. All but 3 times in 1 year. ONE call. lol I don’t know of a attorney that aint using the old car salesman pitch of — – well you can try and do it Your.

Should have listened to the bad reviews but NO. I had to find out for myself. Talked to an attorney with the personality of a dead fish. He was not very helpful nor was he nice about it and he really didnt care which is why I am writing this review :-) He said your case is not one we would take and when I asked why he dodged the question so I asked him 4 more times but he continued to dodge the question. He gave me a # to a referral service. You pay $ 40 bucks and they refer you but I can pick up the phone for free so thanks for the help.

Worst experience ever, never contracted an attorney in the past but it was definitely close to what I expected. I was left to figure everything out on my own.
Ended up taking 7 months after I was officially released from any treatments to get my case settled. That after at least one email or voicemail every month or two from me to them asking what was going on or to ask them about seeking additional treatment since I was still in pain.
Turns out after 7 months they recommended me to settle without getting additional treatments since it would affect the case. They admitted that they had misplaced my case but regardless they probably couldn’t get any additional medical bills paid. I lost because of their negligence.
Pretty clear I could have settled much sooner and gotten everything at least paid than with hiring these guys.

Definitely on your own, only people that took my case which is why they don’t get 1 star, but had to do almost everything on my own. Other insurance company offered a settlement, lawyer at L&R said he was going to work to get it a little higher. Didn’t hear back from them for almost 6 months. Called back to find out that lawyer was gone and no one was handling case. Another 4 months I call back to find out that they had done nothing, and was urged to just settle for original amount which didn’t even cover expenses after they took their cut.
