While co-​working at Union Workspace for Space Consulting, I occasionally head upstairs and talk with members of the Construction Zone and CZ Glazing. About 3 months ago, Karen & Dan both mentioned the challenges that they were having with an older model copier that needed to be replaced soon. Copiers are similar to cars, once they get too many prints/​miles on them, they’ll need to be replaced with a newer model.

Their customer service team is made of seasoned professionals like Kate, Karl and Jeff Masters. These three have many years in the copier /​toner business and their knowledge base of product lines and copier models is excellent. CZ leased a new color Toshiba with «re-​write» function that allows the user to scan in documents and then to edit them. Pretty darn cool.
