I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. I graduated from Arizona School of Massage Therapy and am a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

I am often asked what my favorite modality is. Well, the answer is not a short one so if you continue reading you will learn more about me. I am trained in Swedish, Therapeutic, Reflexology, Sports and Russian Sports, Shiatsu, Hot Stone, Cranial Sacral and Reiki. I am highly intuitive and design your massage by combining the modalities to fit your needs. I want you to walk away from the experience relaxed and renewed even though I am working deeply into your muscles to create a positive change.

My goal is to listen with sensitivity to the needs of my guests and provide caring and comprehensive therapeutic massage and energy work for relaxation, stress management and injury. I promote body awareness, flexibility, and strength.
