Established in 2001.

In 1998, the studio began when I was teaching Pilates out of my home working with private clients and in 1999 I added GYROTONIC training. With the addition of Lisa Perry, we opened our first commercial space in 2001. Originally a staff of two, our business has have expanded our staff to 7 – 10 instructors. We have continued to study new modalities and in 2013 added Restorative Exercise™ to our teaching base.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Dominika Borovansky Gaines, MFA ASU ’95; Director of Kinesphere, LLC and Phoenix GYROTONIC®, PMA Certified Instructor, Restorative Exercise — CPT™.

I have trained in Pilates since the late 80s and began Gyrotonic training in 1997. As a former professional dancer I came to Pilates and GYROTONIC work for cross-training, immediately understanding the benefits of these methods for creating health and well-being and a more balance body. I have continued to train in these modalities, with the addition of Restorative Exercise, and have maintained strength, balance and suppleness in my body.
