Graduate of Washburn University Law School in Topeka, Kansas. Former Deputy Prosecutor in Junction City, Kansas. Operated private practice of law focusing on estate planning, long-​term care planning, family law and bankruptcy in Terre Haute, Indiana for 27 years. Adjunct instructor at Indiana State University in both Business and Aviation Law.

Moved to Arizona in 2006, practicing in the areas of estate and disability planning, and becoming a partner in a mid-​town law firm where I worked for 6 years before opening my private practice.
