I was closing a house window when one of the springs exploded out of the side rail of the window leaving the window crooked in the frame. I went to K&K Custom Glass and they had some parts on hand and ordered other parts for me, plus explained how to repair the window. I was worried that I would have to replace the entire window and now will spend about $ 30 and have a good working window again.
This was my second experience with this company, the first time was to get glass cut for a large frame for a painting.
The employees could not have been. more helpful and friendly. I will go back for my glass needs.
