Took my son there who we believe is mildly autistic. Took several months to be seen. When there, the doctor asked both my wife and I questions. Many is them required long answers. He seemed quite annoyed we couldn’t answer with a simple yes or no. Phone calls took many days to return, and several were never returned. When at the office, staff was more interested in playing with the location of the waste basket, or gossip than answering the phones. The worst was our desire to make several payments. Most of the payments were credited to another account. I had to prove they actually received our payments as they had no record we paid. They did correct it once we provided proof.

I had a horrible experience at this office. The doctor, Timothy Jordan, was incredibly rude and dismissed everything I would say. He would ask my husband questions and when my husband looked at me to answer, the doctor would tell my husband to answer. The doctor also yelled at me, for trying to help my child even though he asked me to help, when he was showing my child pictures to see if he can identify objects, animals etc. I couldn’t believe that the doctor was so rude! My husband agreed that the doctor had no respect for us as parents or patience with our child. We will NOT be going back to Jordan Developmental Pediatrics.

Theres a long wait list for appt. so you better not be late or they will reschedule. It’s hard to find office and gps directions are incorrect. Front office staff is nice as are the doctors. Tutor I have been dealing with though is very unprofessional. Have been seeing her for over a year and she is constantly canceling or just plain not showing up. She also always reeks of cigarette smoke. Just make sure you get the older lady as a tutor, she seems more reliable
