Jiffy Lube

I definitely do not feel like I got my 45 dollars worth for the oil change I received I truly do feel like they are price gouging the Customer and it does not seem like I am the only one that feels this way I am never going back to Jiffy Lube ever again

They removed my oil before beginning the price gouge. One of the techs was rifling through my jeep for no apparent reason. The oil is over 200% the cost of all nearby services.

I was charged 50 dollars. Was informed of the price, said nothanks then informed they already drained my oil! So the manager knocked off 10 dollars so I was only paying 20 dollars more than competitors.
DON’T COME HERE unless you know this coming in…

It’s a $ 42 dollar oil. They claim to clean your windows and vacuum your carpet. They literally didn’t vacuum a single part of my car. I showed the manager and he offered to do it himself, I said forget it. The rest of the staff was just sitting and texting on their phones. It was an awkward waste of money, at best. I’ll never do business there again.

I needed a vehicle inspection for Über. Joe and his team looked at my car and said «you need two front tires. It won’t pass like this». He didn’t charge me a dime for the heads up. Most other places I believe would have taken my $ 20 first. This shows a rare integrity.

Fast, friendly service! I was in and out in 15 minutes. The people there were super friendly too! :-)

The Art of Upselling by Jiffy Lube
BUYER BEWARE! Want to learn the art of up selling. Come here. It can never just be a regular oil change. They do not realize the value of repeat business. I suppose they want to get all they can on the first sell and don’t value loyalty. They don’t realize a loyal customer will go 3 – 4 times a year. Oh well. Buyer Beware.
Oh by the way this is response from someone that works there. Real professional. Case closed.

Keep bad mouthing up tho we love it to be honest. Hope your using the dealer ship at 4 hours or more per time. Oh and that 1500 $ 60k would have been more like 500. Bite me»

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! I came here for an oil change and tire rotation. The guy told me my cabin air filter was gone and he would replace it for half the cost. I ended up paying $ 100! I checked the reciept and there were so many extra charges on there it was ridiculous! I suppose I could of argued but the guys that work there are kind of scary. I get all my service done at Camelback Toyota and they are always super nice and never try to rip me off even when I try to act dumb on purpose just to see if they will try to rip me off. I will never come back here!

This is place is for sure a rip-​off! I’ve never seen the expose on them that Jake mentioned in a review of a different Jiffy Lube, but I don’t doubt it one bit!
The last time I came here for an oil change, the tech came out and told me that a few others things were wrong with my car (of course). He was very insistent that I probably wouldn’t even make it home before my car broke down. Good thing I’m no sucker.
So I told him to just write down everything that was wrong with my car (around $ 400 worth of things) and then I called my real mechanic and told him. He was very doubtful, but I brought my car in anyways just to see and nothing was wrong with it at all. And he didn’t charge me anything to check. I learned my lesson. Never bring your car to Jiffy Lube.
