Really great service and clean facilities! They made the experience comfortable and were very professional. They gave me options for pricing and let me choose what was right for my needs. As a bonus, the gentlemen always opened all doors for me! Friendly, courteous, and fast. Will be back!

This place. The last time I came I received wonderful customer service. I was told by the gentleman who did my oil change that I could come in an unlimited amount of times in between my changes for «top offs». He told me he set me for 5000 miles and even said «if you’re only coming in once for top offs — up it to 3x». So I’m here for my second top off between changes and the assistant manager is telling me I need a complete change. I explained that I was told to come as many times as needed in between and he said that would be «taking advantage» of it. I had to explain to him that it was HIS employee that told me this. Always trying to make a dollar I guess. I had high hopes that these guys weren’t like that.

They were quick and the price was ok but the kid working there was way too pushy with trying to get me to buy the expensive synthetic oil. They even went so far as to tell me that using normal oil will void the car’s warranty. Give me a break. I drive an economy car, not a race car– I’m not buying your stupid expensive oil. Enough with the upsell.

Be careful with this guys, they’re a bunch of crooks. Went in got a quote for $ 41 told them I had a $ 5 off coupon. They told me my new cost would be $ 49. WTF? They tried telling me my car required 6 qts of oil? Told them to stop anything they stared. Went down the road to Purcells and paid $ 19 for oil change

I went to this location on March 2 and I was a bit apprehensive since I usually always go to my Honda dealership for service. I was very pleased at the level of service and knowledge they had for my specific car. I have been serviced at Honda since 2007 and never have they ever mentioned a interior cabin filter. When they pulled mine out I was mortified that it was black as dirt. I appreciate their attention to detail and there was no high pressure up sales tactics. Just honest opinions. I can honestly say my car got better care at jiffy lube then at my Honda dealership. And I might add the prices are reasonable and I’m happy to say I have more air flowing inside the car and it smells better too. Thanks jiffy lube !!

I went there for an oil change. I found the staff to be friendly and courteous. They are just doing their job when they offer their services like every other business. I did not feel any pressure. One of the issues I could do myself, but most people don’t have the time or interest.
I found it to be a positive experience. I will return for other maintenance check ups.

I went to this Jiffy Lube as it is convenient to my home. I never expected such great customer service and honesty. I was greeted with both kindness and respect. As Ryan, Lewis and Mathew looked over my car, they stated that I did not need an oil change but they would top off all of my fluids for free. I was absolutely astounded that these kind men didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. It made my whole day to know that there are honest people and honest companies that do not over or up sell unnecessary products or services. I will never take my car to any other shop! Ryan, Lewis and Mathew are the BEST. THANKS GUYS! K~

DANGER DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE!!! This place is crazy and very scary. I was surrounded by really weird employees running around in a state of chaos. The manager is yelling at this kid with a bad attitude who’s rolling his eyes at the manager and scowling. I did not get my car vacuumed out which I thought was part of the service. Stay away from this creepy out of control business. I’ll be calling Jiffylube. I deserve better.

While the service was good, in an out fairly quick … but the price was not acceptable. An oil change and air filter costs me $ 110+. That is too expensive for a simple oil change. I wish I would have taken it to me normal mechanic which would have costs me $ 50 or less. I won’t be back.
Update 2÷5÷14: I went to honda for a new oil change — it was $ 32.00 for the exact same service. Lesson learned — don’t go to Jiffy Lube. Just go to the dealer, let them try to sell me on $ 900 worth of service, decline, and walk away with a $ 32 oil change.

Awesome experience here. Went in for a low beam bulb replacement after another Phoenix Jiffy Lube turned me away for «not having the tool needed» to open housing where the bulb was. Determined I stopped by this location and the manager changed the bulb in no time flat and did it for free! I was beyond thankful. Great service and an honest staff. Will definitely return.

Took my car here for an oil change and was very impressed with Richard and how quickly they serviced my car!

I checked out this location based on the one review I read. I showed up and there was nobody in line, so it was helped right away by a very nice woman (forgot her name). She got my information and since I used their Chandler location, I was already in the system.
Richard (who was mentioned in the previous review) came to talk to me about some services that were needed, but not pressing. I was happy that he wasn’t a pushy salesman like most places. I got some new windshield wipers on top of my oil change along with a filter. i was out the door with about $ 70. I was happy. I appreciate their honesty and their timing was perfect. I was there probably about 20min max.
Would definitely go here again!

I am sitting at the Jiffy Lube, past closing hours mind you, getting my radiator hose replaced. I called Richard, the manager, in a panic from the Safeway down the street with smoke coming out of my hood like gangbusters. He said he closed in 2 minutes but would wait for me. Additionally he called Checker and ordered the hose I needed for me, and advised I dump a gallon of water in the radiator and put a piece of duct tape over the hole in the hose (both available at Safeway).
I made it to checker for the part and pulled into the Jiffy Lube just as the car began smoking again. He set me up and changed the hose, all after hours and in the name of customer service.
‘nough said.
I would recommend this location to anyone, as it will here foreto become my ‘go-​to’ Jiffy Lube. Thanks Richard!
