Derek O.

Manager

Derek J. Oldham — President/​Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Oldham brings to IPSA over a dozen years of proven management experience within the security industry. While in the industry, Mr. Oldham has educated himself in all aspects of the security business and was heavily involved in emergency preparedness training after the events of September 11^th, while working with the oil refineries in Southern California.

Mr. Oldham’s’ emphasis throughout his career has focused on building and maintaining long term client-​customer relationships.

Derek is an active member in ASIS, BOMA, IFMA and IREM and is the past Vice President of the IFMA Phoenix chapter. Mr. Oldham has also spoken on identifying and preventing workplace violence, Fire Life safety, handling bomb threats, the threat of the bird flu, handling Anthrax threats and utilizing and implementing mutual aid.

Mr. Oldham has lead over 100 emergency preparedness table top training exercises with management teams.
