Exciting opportunity to help businesses and individuals know more about themselves and their colleagues came to my attention through becoming a strategic business partner of Profiles International.

The focus is on Arizona and Phoenix metro, but available throughout the USA. We can develop programs for multinationals as well.

The client base continues to expand through networking and referrals.

Business Owner

Andy Banks, a certified provider of assessments, has 30 years independent and corporate experience building and coaching outstanding national sales, marketing and business support teams. He has worked with all sizes of accounts to include the world’s largest Retailer, Quick Service Restaurant, and Foodservice Distributor as well as independent operators and individuals.

Andy and his wife Libby, an Estate Planning Attorney, have three children and enjoy the high country, RV camping and quad riding.
