In & Out Lube

Stan is a wonderful con-​artist. He will get you in and lead you to believe he will repair the problem for a small amount and then come back with $ 100’s-$ 1000’s worth of issues with your vehicle. We actually brought in a car to him and had it fixed for $ 600 and then wondered if he was being honest about it for while. So we took in a car that just needed freon in the A/​C just to see if we could trust him because we really needed a mechanic that was trustworthy. Low and behold he said we needed a new fan for $ 1500. Mind you, the fan that he want to replace had nothing to do with my A/​C, yet he stated that it did. Stan, sorry but we have the paperwork from the Mercedes dealership that states we ONLY NEEDED FREON because we took it to them the next day after we refused to let you replace the fan! I have the paperwork stating there is NO ISSUE with the fan. So stop the fraud so you can sleep better at night. May God Bless you, because you sure need his blessings.

What I thought was going to be the worst day turned out to be a pretty okay one, thanks to In & Out Lube! My truck drove fine on the way to work, after leaving my first job… it wouldn’t start. My Dad came by to see if it was maybe the battery or a fuse, we soon realized it was not. It was the… dun dun dun, fuel pump. Luckily it was In & Out Lube to the rescue! Towed it over, after settling on an extremely reasonable price and was told it would be done by noon. It was 10:15. It was done at 11:45! Color me impressed! If you need any kind of work done on your vehicle do not go anywhere else!

Bad — very bad place to take your car.
My daughter took her car there for a simple oil change and guess what? They sorta forgot to put oil BACK IN to her car. They refused to take responsibility until another mechanic looked at the car and knew exactly what occured. After weeks of the car sitting useless –and once they knew they were caught, In & Out did put in a new engine. Since they refused to pay a reputable shop to do the work, my daughter was forced to use In & Out to finally repair the car. The only good thing I can say about this experience was that they didn’t charge her for the final repair — once they admitted they ruined the engine in the first place.
Stay as far away from this shop as possible.
