Kathleen Rickard moved from her Scottsdale location to this one and I made the extra drive to see her. Now we live in Tempe and it’s a 35⁄40 minute drive and I’m still going to her! She is very prompt when seeing you for appointments (none of this waiting 20 minutes in the room all by yourself) very friendly and easy to talk to. Her office is very quick to respond to refill requests too which is important! (I’m on epileptic medication) Go see her, she’s the best! :)

Seldom like to visit the doctors office. However I was down with a sinus infection this day and noticed that I needed to see someone So I placed a call to a business nearby covered under my insurance. They stated Dr. Holder was not in today. Well I needed to see someone so I said sure I will see the PA-​C April Bass. Very Knowledgeable very caring and on her way to becoming a fine doctor. I was quite surprised everyone even the young woman taking vitals was wonderful. On my way to recovery and would highly recommend this office.
